“So far, we are happy we chose it!”
Pros
It is fairly easy to use, so our new employees pick it up really quickly. The system has many of the features too needed to run our business all built right in. Plus the customer support is absolutely top notch. Definitely the best I have experienced in all my 30 years working in IT.
Cons
As Paladin is always updating and adding new features, I honestly cannot think of any downsides. They are very open to suggestions and we have already seen a few of our requests added in recent updates.

“The most cost-effective and user-friendly option”
Pros
What I like is that I can teach someone the basics of Paladin POS in just five minutes. The customer support is very responsive, especially when the store is down. Also I like that I can lock admin procedures from regular users. Plus the cost is half of what we were paying before. It is easy to add product SKUs and change prices whenever I need to.
Cons
I cannot think of anything I don't like about it. It has saved us both time and money which is really important to us.

“Needs improvements”
Pros
Paladin software is really easy to use and it is simple to teach our employees how to use it too.
Cons
It is great until your server goes down. Then you are left waiting for a long time and you cannot help customers because everything is on the server. This has happened three times in 11 years and each time we had to wait at least an hour to an hour and a half. As for what to do with the customers in the meantime well that's up to you. Paladin claims they are doing everything they can, but it does not always feel that way.
