We are SO glad we chose Rezku for our new cafe!
Pros

Rezku was easy to set up. I got started using it after just a couple of hours. Learning to use the POS was also very quick and easy. I loved that many "extras" are included with Rezku, which cost extra or are not even available with other POS systems. For example, ingredient-level inventory and food costing let me determine exactly what each menu item costs to serve, which has been tremendously helpful in keeping my food costs down. Rezku support has been EXCELLENT! There is always someone available via phone or chat to answer questions or resolve any issues that arise.

Cons

Personally, I have no complaints whatsoever!

Top Notch POS
Pros

What I enjoyed most is the customer service. I've used many different POS systems over the years, and Rezku has the best and most reliable by far.

Rezku to the Rescue!
Pros

It is super simple to use. The hardware is iOS related. Their corporate customer support is bar none.

Cons

While Wifi connectivity is crucial, Rezku does have backup plans in case Wifi goes down.

Pros

The Rezku POS is a game changer for my business. Taking orders directly from the table via a tablet speeds up the kitchen production.

VERY BEST! Restaurant POS system on the market
Pros

What I like best about Rezku is the fantastic customer support. Not once have I called Rezku support and not had the phone picked up in less than two rings with a very helpful representative walking me through any issues.

Cons

We identify customers by number, so having a significantly larger ticket number printed on receipts would be a significant improvement. I'm talking about something around 1 inch tall at the bottom of the receipt, highlighted by a circle.

Pros

Everything is wonderful with Rezku. Anytime I have an issue or problem, they are there to help and answer questions.

Cons

The only issue I've encountered is that the reports and exports lack descriptions. However, it's easy enough to click and view the report to understand its contents.

The setup process was simple, and I noticed that the staff appeared to be pleasant and helpful.

Cons

My experience with customer care was awful. Everything that was promised to me either came with an additional charge or required payment for development. They also misled me about transferring my $25K in sold gift cards over to the new system, which turned into a costly nightmare involving thousands in CPA costs to resolve.

Best POS Ever!
Pros

As a very small business, I've tried several POS systems (Square, Shopkeep, and two others). When looking for a new, more intuitive POS, I came across Rezku. I watched a video with the CEO explaining the POS and saying, "Give us a call, and if someone (a real person) doesn't answer your call, then don't get our service." Now that is how to do business! Rezku's customer service is top-notch. Any question, any time of day, they are ALWAYS there to help me out. They are very friendly and professional. I enrolled in their CRM program and love having gift cards I can load and check the balance on. With the CRM, I can see my top customers and even use the back office to see their previous orders. Rezku listens to customer feedback and is always improving its system. I will never use any other POS system EVER!

Cons

One feature I particularly liked was the "offline" option. We use a tablet exclusively for deliveries and appreciated the ability to accept credit cards offline. Payments would automatically process once we regained internet service, which was one less thing to worry about. Now, I have to remember to set our delivery tablet to "offline" mode at the start of the day and disable it several minutes before closing the register.

Customer support is absolutely top notch!
Pros

The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We just opened up a 200-seat brewpub, bar, and restaurant. Anytime I've had issues or questions, the tech support team has been absolutely phenomenal. They are helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. Setting up a new establishment has many challenges, and having a great support team for your POS is VITAL to your success. We are very satisfied with Rezku POS.

Cons

My only concern is the lack of tools or resources for the host stand; that's a separate app. Although I should have clarified this before purchasing Rezku POS, I assumed it would be included.

It is very easy to use back and front of the house. I make changes and corrections on products, pricing, and quantities on the spot to avoid service issues and keep things running smoothly.

Outstanding, intuitive and Easy to use. Having come from a retail background , this POS is so easy!
Pros

I've been so impressed with the reporting and timecard functions of this system! Easy to read, timely, and the items I need to know most. More importantly, the customer service team is exceptional! No question or suggestion is too small, and they always answer the phone! If they don't have the answer, they will find it. When I have a customer trying to check out and need a solution, they are there. Seconds feel like hours, and the person who answers the phone gives me the solution. In three months, I've never had a long hold time or an unsatisfactory customer service experience. Rezku continually evolves based on customer feedback, improving the experience. I also chose Rezku because of their no long-term commitment policy. They want to EARN your business. I refer them to everyone. If you are still doing it by hand, you are crazy. Great and affordable for the "Little Guy."

Cons

We haven't encountered any drawbacks with this system! It's been easy to use, cost-effective, and any issues we've faced were on our end.

Hardest part was getting the staff trained.
Pros

The back office is easy to maneuver for setting up menus. I can change prices and items on the fly without disrupting service.

Cons

The printer generates chits for every transaction. Since we don't give sales chits to customers (except for credit cards), we spend our day discarding them. It would be helpful to be able to disable this for certain transactions.

The software is just what I was looking for in a training environment. New students use the POS every day. From the software to the back office reports, this has been a great addition to Arizona Culinary Institute. I have not dealt with better technical support, very patient.

Pros

They update and add new things all the time. Always willing to listen to what I want and try to figure out how to make it work.

Cons

Sometimes I feel restricted in how I manage things, especially with inventory. I want to organize it one way, but the system only allows another method. I would prefer more control over this.

I had a old pos for 15 years so I tried something new so I wanted it on iPad. So I look at all of.
Pros

Their customer service is number one. Every time I call, I feel like they really care because I had Restaurant Manager, and their customer service was just too bad. I looked at TouchBistro EPOS and Lava, but I chose Rezku POS because of how they treat me.

I love how customer service is always there for me every step of the way.
Pros

I like how easy it is to use and get started. I struggled with installation in the beginning, but tech support was always there for me. They took the time to help me understand the hardware and software.

Cons

Depending on your restaurant's size and layout, you might need to invest in a network kit to ensure everything operates smoothly. I just wish the kit was not so expensive.

Absolutely Wonderful
Pros

Rezku offers a robust offline mode that allows my business to stay connected to our orders and customers at all times. Our restaurant operates in an area with very little and unreliable internet service, and our other cloud-based POS system completely FAILED us in the past. Implementation was easy, and the customer service and tech staff have been easy to work with every step of the way.

Cons

It's a new company, so not every feature is available yet, but they seem to be adding more features all the time.

As a veteran bartender/server I can confidently say the Rezku system is great!
Pros

It's VERY modern with the Apple iPad, easy to set up, and if you can work your phone, then using this is a snap. Technical support is AWESOME. Have a problem or a question? Call them anytime. The techs are very knowledgeable and will walk you through anything and everything. If something isn't available within the program for your company, know that the program developers will make adjustments to suit your needs. And let's talk about price, first year free with no contract? It's most definitely worth a try! Thanks to Rezku, we went from that old-school cash-only system to a new state-of-the-art system, and it's really making a difference for us. Thanks, Rezku!

Cons

There are still a few software issues that arise, possibly because it's still relatively new. However, the tech support is excellent, and any issues that have come up were resolved immediately.

I evaluated 6 POS platforms and Rezku ticked off all the major boxes of functionality we sought.
Pros

I like that the Rezku team is proactive and works to ensure updates are added and proven when given input about better features needed. Their support staff is top of the line and makes sure all issues are promptly solved or given a workable alternative. The costs involved should not be overlooked, as they are extremely competitive compared to other POS platforms.

Cons

While the customization of reports is not as extensive as some other systems, it's not a hindrance to effectively monitor key metrics in daily operations. With their focus on outstanding customer service and ongoing development, I'm confident they will introduce more features as their customer base grows.

Had a good start, then customer service didnt understand what i was trying to do.
Pros

The response to problems is great. The setup of the program was a little involved but manageable. It allows for functions in a business that doesn't have a lot of variables.

Cons

I was disappointed that after explaining what I needed, they repeatedly sent me the wrong credit card machine. Thirty days later, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel, and they refused any refund. I won't use them again.
