Easy to make reservations from the website

Pros

With Fresha it's easy for me to see the availability and services offered by stores/companies, and I can easily make appointments using the app.

Cons

Finding the exact service I am looking for isn't that obvious. It would be great if I could directly contact the stores from the website, like leaving messages.

Pharmacy vaccine appointments are never an issue

Pros

At our community retail pharmacy, we absolutely love using Fresha! As an independent pharmacy without any fancy appointment booking apps, we started searching online for a solution. Booking appointments for COVID vaccines, flu vaccines and other shots can be challenging during the fall season. Fresha has made it incredibly easy for us and we even color-coordinate our shots to ensure clarity and ease.

Cons

Fresha charges for text messages sent to people who make appointments, which may not be a desirable option for small businesses. We haven't opted into it due to the cost, but we would love to if it becomes available for free or at a cheaper rate.

Even a guy can use this

Pros

As someone who always wants to look good, Fresha has made it easy for me to book appointments without any hassle. As I am constantly on the go, still Fresha allows me to work without from anywhere.

Cons

Looks good on the surface- but cumbersome- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE other than email which is only occasssionally answered

Pros

Fresha price point is acceptable and the visual aspect is decent. There are some theoretically nice features, but they can be awkward to use at times.

Cons

The customer service is very poor. There's no phone number to call anyone. They don't always respond to emails, and when they do, it's never the same person, making it difficult to resolve ongoing issues. They demand screenshots even when a clear description of the problem is provided, which is frustrating, especially when the issue is intermittent, like difficulties with credit card payment integration. They introduce new features, but sometimes it's challenging to utilize them due to vague instructions.

Scammed by Fresha

Pros

The system is relatively user-friendly however, Fresha has deceived us by placing a "Book Now" button on our website that redirects customers to the Fresha.com marketplace, where they have to create a Fresha account and Fresha takes a significant portion of our earnings. We have tried contacting Fresha, but they have not responded to our messages.

Cons

Fresha added a 'Book Now' button to our website, but it directs customers to the Fresha.com marketplace. This means every new client, especially since we're located in a tourist area, has to create a Fresha account, and we get charged 20%. Essentially, Fresha is taking more than a fifth of our earnings! We have yet to receive a response to our messages.

Poor customer care

Pros

Honestly, there is nothing positive I can say about this dishonest company. It's impossible to reach a real person to resolve issues, and they fraudulently charge for things.

Cons

They are dishonest and charge for things they shouldn't. They even book fake appointments to collect 20%. They charge for existing clients as well. There are too many glitches, and they always come up with excuses like blaming the owner for incorrect links. They have a link that charges us 20% regardless of who schedules through it. I've emailed them five times in a week and requested someone to call, but I haven't received a response yet.

Excellent System

Pros

Fresha is user-friendly, and the booking system provides accurate data. I opened two support tickets, and "Caitlin" from the support team was highly professional and resolved everything for me.

Cons

System is Intuitive

Pros

Fresha software is highly intuitive. It's easy to learn and use. Setting up the catalog is also a hassle free task and I love the flexibility it provides to quickly rearrange items. The manual form sending feature is fantastic and the product and inventory tracking system is excellent. The customer service is exceptional, and I highly recommend getting an account manager. They are worth their weight in gold and priced very reasonably.

Cons

Is it perfect? Nope, there are some things they need to address. Despite the issues, this is hands down the best system I've used. I've tried Massagebook, Square, Vagaro, Wix and Meevo, and I am highly impressed. I absolutely love my account manager (I can't remember the title you all give them).

What I love most about Fresha is how easily I can find and schedule appointments. No more endless phone calls to find availability as the app simply shows me what's available nearby.

Appointments, scheduling and notes | An all-in-one no-brainer app

Pros

Let me start by saying it's FREE! Secondly, it's comprehensive! Thirdly, I can take notes and upload pictures, which is perfect for before/after photos or medical exams and prescriptions. And fourth, patients receive notifications via email and SMS. Is there anything more you could ask for?

Cons

I'd love to have the ability to edit the SMS reminder. It is good that it offers Portuguese as a language since I am based in Portugal. However, it's annoying that it uses Portuguese from Brazil (as if that's even legitimate). Words like "gerenciamento" and "oi" in a reminder for a health appointment in Portugal shouldn't exist if you want to maintain a professional image :(

Excellent System to book appointments and manage your salon

Pros

Fresha software is surprisngly user-friendly, comprehensive and always evolving. The company is always think about the future and constantly introduces new features as per clint needs, which are pleasantly surprising. I also love the fact that they listen to us as customers and value our input. By the way the new Gift Cards are fantastic!

Cons

There's really nothing to dislike, but it might be worth considering adding an option in Blast messages where you send an initial email and then a reminder email goes out a few days later or at a specific time automatically. It could work well for occasions like Black Friday when everyone is trying to grab customers' attention! You could even offer a package where the second email is slightly cheaper than the first if you want to resend it.
