Lack of customer service, able to resolved a problem be responsible for the product they represent , is a shame a merchant has to deal with pc of junk and time invested

“Software issues after Upgrade "Low Priority"”

I find it easy to use when entering orders and updating product screens.
Cons
As a customer for 9 years, the latest software issue is causing significant problems for our restaurant. The custom order request line items appear on every line item from the previous ticket. Despite waiting for 3 weeks, Customer Service informed us that it was a "Low Priority" for them and provided no timeline for a fix. This slowdowns the order process and creates numerous issues for the kitchen, customers and servers. Additionally, we were forced to switch and use their in-house credit card processing and gift card services in 2022.
