Pros
The customer support I received was exceptional. It was a relief to be able to speak with someone over the phone and have them guide me through my issues when I needed help.
Cons
I was disappointed to discover that they require an annual contract each year. It's important to know this before signing up because I was unaware of it. At first I thought it would be a month to month arrangement after the first year!

“Clunky Beast, Glitchy Software, Poor Tech Support, EXPENSIVE
Pros
Having worked with WellnessLiving for over 4 years, I have become very familiar with the software. It worked well initially, but numerous "improvements" made it clunky, slow, and glitchy for both owners and clients. On a positive note, it allowed me to understand what works and what doesn't for my business and it makes it easy for me to choose an alternative EHR/CRM.
Cons
The quoted price did not remain the same and increased to three times the original amount: When I first joined, I received a quote for a locked-in price throughout the lifetime of use, as long as I signed within a specific time frame. During the conversation with the salesperson, I expressed my satisfaction about finding a Canadian CRM that provided a price in Canadian Dollars, which would simplify bookkeeping. Unfortunately, this was not honored, and I was immediately charged in USD. Over the course of 4 years with Wellness Living, the price increased to nearly three times the original quote. Additionally, the software became bulkier and more difficult to use. My clients gradually became dissatisfied as they encountered issues accessing their accounts and booking appointments. They would also experience being kicked out of forms and lose all their progress. I constantly had to review client accounts for remaining visits because it was too challenging for the clients. The tech support team was located overseas, and communication was often a struggle. When I finally decided to switch to a more suitable EHR/CRM, I requested the data necessary for migration. Instead of complying, Wellness Living attempted to pressure me into staying by shifting the discussion to the contract. As they were hindering my ability to perform due diligence under PHIPA and PIPEDA, I had no choice but to file a complaint with the governing bodies in order to obtain the required data.

“Avoid! Waste of time and money!
Pros
I can't provide much feedback since I couldn't access my account, so I never got the opportunity to use it.
Cons
I am disappointed for various reasons. Firstly the customer service is poor and the staff is very unprofessional. I am being billed for a service I haven't used and despite reaching out through calls and emails, no one responds.

The overall functionality is great. The features are robust, and the company is responsive to their customers. They constantly improve the software and provide excellent education. Additionally, the credit card processing fees are very reasonable, making financial tracking easy.
Cons
Sometimes, the calendar takes a while to load when I am booking. Additionally, some features are not very intuitive.

“Best product and nearly all in one
Pros
With WellnessLiving, now it is very easy for my customers to use our branded app. They can create an account, schedule appointments, update payment information and more all from their phone. As a business owner, it's also easy to set up.
Cons
It's frustrating that I can't automate customer journey emails, and I have to rely on Mailchimp for that purpose. I also have to manually track KPIs using Excel and multiple reports from WellnessLiving. The integration with Google or Instagram for quick and easy booking isn't seamless, which discourages some customers. If your business is somewhat complex, you have to set up numerous purchase options, and as a result, customers can't apply their free reward sessions to their account for booking.

Pros
I absolutely love that WellnessLiving offers an "all in one" solution. Having all client information, marketing tools, and financials in one place has saved us hundreds of dollars in software and administrative costs.
Cons
While WellnessLiving offers most of the features I need, it's unrealistic to expect one company to excel in everything. Their regular updates are mostly great, but I wish they provided an API for integration with other software and services. They recently introduced a Zapier integration, which was a significant improvement, but it still needs some refinement. The marketing capabilities are decent overall, but WL can't match the speed of dedicated marketing software companies when it comes to updating those features.

Pros
WellnessLiving is fantastic because it's user-friendly and has everything you need to run your wellness business smoothly, including appointments, sales, client management, rewards, marketing and more. As a youth fitness and gymnastics facility, we find WellnessLiving to be a comprehensive and high-performance platform for scheduling, booking, and payments. It's relatively easy to use and generally intuitive. We're still discovering all the features and learning which settings work best for our business, but so far, we're very much satisfied with our decision to use WellnessLiving.
Cons
The biggest challenge we've faced is the booking interface for families. Although they've made notable improvements on the web app, the mobile app remains cumbersome and difficult for families to use. Creating a "family" account is also not user-friendly, which results in us spending a lot of time fixing accounts, linking family members, and updating billing preferences.

Pros
The features of WellnessLiving met 95% of my business needs, and it was more cost-effective compared to my previous software package that offered similar functionalities.
Cons
The costs increased after the first year, especially for bespoke items like the mobile app. It felt like these fixed products had a major price hike with very little improvements. As a result, we decided to cancel the bespoke app since not many of our users were using it.

Cons
There have been subscription rate increases, and some features, like events on the Achieve app, are only available with upgrades. The user forums can be a bit confusing to navigate.

WellnessLiving listens to our situation as a small business and supports use well in a manner that we can afford their services.
Cons
In the beginning, we felt burdened by the increased merchant processing fees and later the increased subscription fee. However, when we reached out to explain our financial situation, WellnessLiving understood our challenges and worked with us to find a fair solution. They maintained open communication to meet our needs.
