Really liking it

Pros

It is very easy to use and flexible enough to meet our specific needs. The technical support is great as they are very quick and helpful.

Cons

I really wish it had a Report Writing module where we could design the format and layout of the reports ourselves. That said the current query-based report generator is great and we use it a lot.

Really impressed with the help I got

Pros

Woo is an quite powerful system with seemingly unlimited customization options which is exactly what we were looking for. While researching new systems, we were shocked by how most solutions were so similar, offering no flexibility for more complex business needs. Woo however has limitless potential and a dedicated team that's quick to respond. Also they have helped us fine tune the system to suit our unique needs every step of the way.

Cons

One issue with it is that it cannot run on macOS which was a bit of a hurdle for us though I understand they are working on a solution. The system itself looks a bit clunky and outdated but once you see how powerful the functionality is, it is easy to overlook.
