“custom outreach that keeps improving”
Pros
This software has been really effective for personalizing outreach at scale without making the process feel rigid. One of the biggest advantages is how customizable the platform is since it lets us shape campaigns around our own style and approach instead of forcing us into a fixed workflow. The analytics are another strong point, giving us clear insight into performance so we can keep refining and improving our results. On top of that, the customer support has been outstanding! The team truly pays attention to feedback, moves fast when building updates and regularly delivers improvements that actually make the platform better.
Cons
Since it is evolving so quickly, there are times when new features and updates come with a bit of a learning curve. Certain workflows can also take some time to fine-tune properly but the support team is very responsive, resolves issues quickly and does a good job of incorporating customer feedback into ongoing improvements.

Pros
Right out of the gate, the software felt very accessible and has been excellent for creating personalized messages that are getting me much better response rates than the other tools I used before. I'm currently seeing about a 3.7% response rate which is a huge jump from the under 1% results I was getting elsewhere and it's also bringing in legitimate enterprise level leads. Setup was incredibly quick too, only taking a few clicks to get started.
Cons
There are a few minor platform glitches when I'm creating lists or trying to remove contacts from one. I'm also still in the process of connecting HubSpot so I can exclude existing customers. At this point, those issues feel more like temporary bugs than any real functional problem with the software.
