“the right fit for sales enablement!”
Pros
Right away the software felt usable for our sales team and the learning curve stayed low which was a big deal for us. At the same time, it doesn't feel so stripped down that we'll outgrow it in six months as the team gets bigger and our processes become more complex. Out of all the sales enablement tools we've tried, this one really hits that just-right balance!
Cons
What I would love to see (and I'm guessing it may be coming) is a prediction engine that suggests content based on email context and the current Salesforce activity stage. That would be seriously impressive.
