provide valuable insights

Pros

Working in the platform is not a hassle and it's easy to use. It provides a lot of in-depth insights which isn't something every content syndication vendor offers. Having that kind of visibility into our content syndication performance has been really valuable. Also I liked how supportive the team was throughout setup and integration since that helped make the whole process much more manageable.

Cons

At times it can be hard to immediately see the high-level data and insights that would be most useful right when opening the platform. Instead I sometimes have to click around and dig through different areas to find what I need rather than having it surfaced right away. For instance I'd really like to see the leads received for each asset as soon as I log in but currently that's something I need to navigate through the platform to locate.

Account insights are highly valuable

Pros

One thing that keeps me using Madison Logic is the amount of useful data it provides especially the insights and research activity tied to our key target accounts. Those account-level insights are particularly valuable because we can pass the research activity straight to the sales team. That helps a lot by giving them direct contacts as well as a clearer understanding of the account's challenges and needs.

Cons

Using it can be a bit difficult at times. While the account insights are definitely useful, they still need to be reviewed manually and I just don't have the time to sort through them on a regular basis. Also it would be much better if specific insights could be flagged and tracked across our target account list, with email alerts sent whenever that activity happens. Automated reporting would make a huge difference as well. I'd also really like to see it integrate with DemandBase.
