“Support is very responsive”
Pros
Getting started with cold email felt very manageable here because the UI/UX is incredibly user friendly. Since I was still learning, having responsive support made a huge difference. They were always available, quick to reply and handled even my most basic questions professionally. They also jumped on a call when needed and were never more than a message away. The website chat is especially useful because there's usually a real person there ready to help. I'd recommend it both to beginners and to agencies running larger campaigns because even if most tools offer similar features, dependable support is what really sets it apart and they've been consistently excellent in that area.
Cons
No real complaints at this point. If I had to mention one thing, the dark mode in the UI/UX could use a bit more polish but it's not a major issue for me.

Pros
One thing that keeps me using plusvibe.ai is the decent sequencer and really useful analytics. The warm-up feature has been especially valuable because it prepares my emails and inboxes before I use them for larger outreach campaigns which helps keep different email providers from flagging my messages as spam. Their support team has also been fantastic and the initial setup was a simple step by step process.
Cons
It would be better if calendly or another calendar integration were included in the base plan.
