“Codal is a FRAUD Company”
Pros
Codal is a FRAUD company. They maintain an awesome presence at internet boasting about big clients, but we are their FIRSTHAND victim. We have been fighting for justice since last 8 years. But to no avail. Codal's CEO Keval Baxi and COO Matthew Gierut are dishonest people. In 2017, we gave them a contract to develop a software platform for us. And we gave them huge money for this. But even after 8 years (as of May 2025), we are still waiting that product. They simply ran away with our money and abandoned us.
Cons
Codal does NOT have technical competence. The project (software product to be built) was designed to be completed in 6 months, but even after one year, Keval Baxi and Matthew Gierut of Codal kept making one excuse or another. And finally when they gave us the access to test the software, hell broke loose. The product was FULL OF BUGS as if made by a untrained coder from some cave area. Please google SameCondition Versus Codal and you will find a lot of information about our court case and how we have been fighting for our rights. We took Codal to court in Chicago for "Breach of Contract, FRAUD and unjust enrichment".
