Pros

I found Perpetual through a design review website. We then went through a 6 month selection process. In the beginning we contacted about 20 companies and received responses from 10 including Perpetual. In the second stage we issued an RFP and received four detailed proposals which we reviewed for the services offered and the platforms supported. We narrowed it down to two companies and had them give us detailed presentations. Perpetual was the only one that could work with Webflow which we liked for its ease of use. They also provided two client references who gave positive feedback. Although they were not the least expensive option, we chose them because of their communication style, their presentation and the detailed information they provided. Their project management skills are excellent. From the beginning, their responsiveness has been impressive. The team has supported us fully. When we launched the sites we faced internal IT issues and completed the deployment at 2 a.m. EST. The lead designer from Perpetual stayed with us until the end, and the customer support team member also supported us throughout the night. Perpetual even delivered the site ahead of schedule because it allows us to complete some integrations early and launch before the planned date.

Cons

There are not many areas which needs improvement I believe. They have handled every task well. From what I have observed about their company culture, they are always evolving and delivering creative solutions.

Pros

Perpetual offered excellent design ideas and assisted the companys executives in problem-solving throughout the project. Their clear communication and quick responses were essential in launching a major product within nine months.

Cons

At first there were some changes in the design resources which slightly changed the look and feel of the site during its early development. However Perpetual took responsibility for this and assisted the team in addressing the issues.

Pros

The resource provided to us was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and hardworking, supported by the entire Perpetual team.

Cons

I do not really think there is much I would change. Since it was during Covid in-person meetings were not possible but having them on-site would have been a nice option.
