Viventium is a web-based human capital management (HCM) system that is suitable for small to medium-sized businesses in all industries, specializing in home health care and skilled nursing. The products that this HCM offers are applicant tracking, onboarding, time & attendance, payroll, benefits administration, business intelligence, and human resources.
Their applicant tracking system has access to job boards and social media sites expanding the search. It consists of a resume database through which it is easy to search for resumes, and pre-screen candidates. The onboarding procedure of all the HR paperwork, setting expectations, and getting them into the payroll system is all electronic.
The payroll software of Viventium is intuitive and customizable and can be integrated with the time & attendance software, which helps track time and calculate payrolls efficiently. Its business intelligence tool helps in creating reports through drag-and-drop with more than 15 visualization options created in real-time.
