The ease of use, clear features, sleek design and fast, helpful customer service make it the best value for the price.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the advertisement mentions customization of documents like quotes/invoices but unfortunately thats not the case which was really disappointing since it was the feature I was desperately looking for.

Pros
Well the transition from my old tool to Altoviz was seamless. They offer a free version that allowed me to test it for a month before deciding on the paid versions. The customer support is outstanding too.
Cons
I have not found anything I don't like about it. There is always a solution and even if it is not available right away, it usually arrives a few weeks later.
