Great online/offline app with excellent support

Pros

The BUKU app offers great functionality, excellent customer care and customer satisfaction. Plus I like that it works both online and offline, has better pricing and offers immediate support.

Cons

So far there is nothing I dislike about it. My only suggestion is to add more services as requested by customers.
