Pros
Being able to use it on any device is huge for me. I'm not always at my desk, so logging in from my phone or laptop wherever I am is a big plus. It's affordable, easy to get around and their support team doesn't leave me hanging.
Cons
Its user interface still needs some work. It is usable but some parts could be laid out way better.
