We have been using it for a long time and have never felt the need to look for another financial program. Plus the ability to integrate data from external systems into our finances is a huge win and does not require any changes. Honestly I am a big fan of SBS.
Cons
Wow this is a tough question because I have not really found anything I dislike. Being on the cloud version gives you more flexibility in certain features but overall, the software is fantastic. We tried using Bank Book but for our business, we have too many external programs that import data into our system for the GL and around 10 bank accounts, so this feature does not work for us. So we would need to manually enter thousands of transactions to use it.
