Pros
Best thing about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is its goal driven dynamic planning. It utilizes Gen AI to adapt to exceptions and make decisions in real-time. Also, it retains the Human-in-the-loop feature of the old days through AI Agents who can delegate tasks to other AI Agents and collaborate with Human agents.
Cons
1. High Licensing costs as compared to similar products in the market. 2. Exception Handling needs extensive Human-in-the-Loop especially in sensitive processes like Finance/Accounting. 3. In-Built AI assistant cannot match the efficiency and scalability of mainstream tools like Github.

Pros
It is very easy to use and you do not need much coding to create a bot. Plus most tasks are done with drag and drop and the IQ bot for process mapping really stands out to me as it has proven quite useful.
Cons
The software is quite grand and mastering it takes some time. However once I start taking a hands-on approach it becomes easier to understand.
