Pros

Having an assistant that captures all the important details from a meeting, puts together a report and assigns action items to the right people is incredibly helpful.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind. Everything has worked exactly as I expected if not even better.

Whenever questions or issues come up this tool usually points us toward the right solution. It's also really useful for reminding and helping us submit timesheets before the end of each week. On top of that it gives helpful guidance and suggestions when we have doubts about the organization, company rules or where to go to get a problem sorted out.

Cons

Nearly everything in this tool works well but for a few queries, the responses could be more creative and a bit more up to date.
