Indico Features
Intake And Submission Management
Intake and extraction agents monitor inboxes, classify incoming submissions, and extract relevant data from emails, PDFs, and broker attachments. The platform organizes this information in a centralized queue where users can track submission timing, ownership, and completeness.
Intelligent Document Processing
The platform uses AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to capture, classify, and interpret information from unstructured and semi-structured documents. It converts content from sources such as emails, contracts, forms, and other documents into structured data that can move into downstream processes and systems.
Agentic Workflow Canvas
This feature provides a drag-and-drop environment for building multi-agent flows. Users can sequence agents, configure conditional logic, and control how data is routed between different stages of a workflow.
Agent Studio
The software lets teams configure and adjust data schemas and prompts without writing code. Users can build custom agents on top of out-of-the-box templates, adding or removing data points to match their own document handling needs.
Data Enrichment
Enrichment agents validate extracted fields, identify and fill missing information, and supplement submissions with relevant first- and third-party data. The enriched information can then be prepared for subsequent evaluation and decisioning processes.
Pros And Cons of Indico

“powerful AI automation”
Pros
Working with this tool has been a really positive experience for machine learning automation! It lets users create and deploy AI models with very little manual effort which saves a lot of time. It supports a variety of use cases like extracting data from unstructured text and classifying content so it covers a lot of practical needs. Another big advantage is that there's no need to build models from scratch because it already includes pre-trained models that are ready to use. On top of that beginners can learn the platform through its training videos and certification programs.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is that customer support feels limited.

“Custom workflows”
Pros
Handling large volumes of data with accurate predictions is where this platform really helps. The interface feels user friendly, integration is fairly easy and the workflow can be customized to match specific needs. It also cuts down a lot of time when reviewing and analyzing similar types of documents repeatedly.
Cons
Getting the final output can be challenging since it requires Python code for integration and the results are provided only in JSON format. Also the pricing is relatively high compared with other available tools.

“fast document analysis results”
Pros
Does a really solid job with document analysis and delivers accurate results. Even when working with around 200 items the processing time stays very low. It also helps automate confidential document handling which makes decision making much faster.
Cons
Uploading documents into the workflow has been the biggest challenge for me because it takes a lot of time. Also the tool's behavior and overall structure can be pretty difficult to understand.
