“Spot-on summaries!!”

Right from the first few meetings, the Meeting notetaker felt incredibly responsive which had been a recurring issue with other competing tools we tested. The AI assistant does an excellent job summarizing the notes accurately and the customization options inside the notetaker are especially useful. That flexibility helped us completely eliminate manual note-taking during our live demos so we could stay focused on the conversation instead.
Cons
There's not much to complain about. We've tested quite a few similar tools and it has matched our needs better than any of the others.

Getting the whole team to watch our demos has been really simple and our marketing team pulls a lot of useful insights from them. The AI feature also helps us understand the conversations in each demo much better. support is almost immediate whenever we need help and the team is very open to feedback and new feature ideas. Pricing is another big plus...it's the best option we've found in this range, for sure.
Cons
The CRM integration is still pretty confusing and doesn't feel very self-service. We often end up needing our Success Manager's help to get things done. The AI tool also still has some issues to work through. It seems to be improving but it's not fully there yet...possibly because most of the demos are in Portuguese.
