Overview

HyperDial helps sales teams reduce gaps between outbound calls and improve campaign coverage with automated dialing. However, call transcription accuracy can vary with background noise and poor audio quality. Supervisors can review call scorecards and recorded conversations to identify coaching opportunities and assess representative performance.

HyperDial Features

Power And Predictive Dialing

Teams can load, segment, and schedule outbound contact lists in HyperDial’s browser-based dialer. Power dialing places the next call when a representative becomes available. Predictive dialing adjusts the calling pace based on connection rates and a set limit for unanswered agent connections. Campaign settings include retry rules, regional caller numbers, and recorded voicemail messages.

Call Routing And IVR

HyperDial directs incoming calls to queues based on the caller’s request and configured routing rules. These rules account for language, product, region, and staff skills. Administrators configure business hours and holiday schedules for individual queues. Overflow rules specify where calls go when a queue cannot take them. Changes are versioned, and active calls retain their original routing configuration.

Omnichannel Inbox

The software combines calls and messages in a shared customer conversation. Supported channels include WhatsApp, SMS, email, web chat, and social direct messages. Earlier exchanges remain visible when the conversation moves to another channel. WhatsApp settings include template management and consent records. Transfers from an AI agent to an employee include the transcript and conversation context.

Call Transcription And Search

Call transcription converts recorded conversations into text, separating speakers and linking timestamps to the original audio. It supports calls that switch between Hindi and English. Automatic tags identify objections, intent, and outcomes. Search filters include phrases, representatives, campaigns, and dates. Teams can also import earlier recordings into the archive for transcription and tagging.

Call Analytics And Scorecards

HyperDial features live dashboards displaying active calls, idle representatives, and queue activity. Campaign reports track connection rates, talk ratios, and outcomes over time. Individual scorecards assess conversations against the approved playbook and attach relevant call clips. Scores appear after transcription is complete. Teams can schedule report exports to email, storage, or webhook destinations.

Two-Way CRM Synchronization

CRM synchronization sends call outcomes, next steps, transcripts, and scores to connected customer records after each conversation. Updates from supported CRM systems can also return to HyperDial, keeping customer information available during subsequent calls. Administrators can configure supported data connections according to the integration's available settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does HyperDial charge for managers who only review calls?

No, the managers who only review recordings and dashboards do not count as paid users. A user is someone with a login who can place or receive calls.

Do businesses need an existing WhatsApp Business API account?

No, HyperDial can provision an account during onboarding or connect an existing WhatsApp Business API account. Businesses can retain their existing account relationship if preferred. Carrier and Meta messaging fees are billed separately at cost.

What happens to recordings when a HyperDial subscription is downgraded?

A downgrade in HyperDial subscription does not automatically delete existing recordings. The shorter retention period applies going forward. Businesses can export previously recorded material before the new retention window takes effect.

Can supervisors coach representatives during live calls?

Yes, supervisors can listen silently, speak privately to the representative, or join the conversation. Customers cannot hear the supervisor during listening or private coaching. Joining the conversation allows the supervisor to speak directly with both participants.

Can HyperDial run alongside an existing calling system?

Yes, HyperDial allows businesses to move one campaign onto its platform while keeping other campaigns with their current provider. Teams can compare connection rates, talk time, and booked meetings before deciding whether to move more calling activity.

Can businesses export their data before leaving HyperDial?

Yes, businesses can export recordings, transcripts, and derived data using the API or scheduled exports. After termination, HyperDial deletes the data within the period specified in its data processing agreement.

How many recorded calls does HyperDial need for its first AI playbook?

HyperDial recommends around 500 recorded calls for an initial playbook. The system examines successful and unsuccessful conversations within a campaign. It continues refining the playbook as new recordings arrive, with proposed changes returning to managers for approval.

Does HyperDial use customer recordings to train AI for other businesses?

Playbooks learned from a customer's recordings remain specific to that account. Those recordings are not pooled into a shared model that benefits other customers. This separates account-specific learning from training shared between businesses.
