“easy to use”
Pros
Holding meetings and chatting with people from anywhere is really convenient with this. The setup is simple and being able to use it on mobile devices makes it even more practical.
Cons
At times, the Teams app can glitch or freeze which gets frustrating. It also depends on having an internet connection so there are situations where using it can be difficult.

“nice app!”
Pros
Using it has been very simple. The meeting and webinar tools have been especially valuable for staying in touch and holding virtual sessions with the group.
Cons
Calls and meetings do run into problems at times, such as lag and video glitches. Sometimes it seems related to the internet connection and other times it feels like the app itself has bugs.

“Works really well”
Pros
Across the different organizations I've worked with, Microsoft Teams has consistently been dependable. Being able to collaborate through messages and calls on both my PC and phone is something I really appreciate.
Cons
There have been occasions when notifications don't come through even after checking the settings although a reset usually solves it. I also remember one time when Teams was having issues and it made collaboration difficult for that day.

“excellent app integrations”
Pros
Having so many tools integrate in one place, along with communication that's always available and accessible across the company, has been a big advantage.
Cons
Nothing to complain about here. I really enjoy using Teams and feel it has been an excellent tool for our company especially with how well it connects with other apps.

“Amazing video calls quality”
Pros
Video calling and screen sharing are the parts I enjoy most. The calls usually have very high audio and video quality which makes the experience really good.
Cons
Every now and then, the audio does not work when we use the browser version so we have to switch to the app instead. It does not happen often though and it is pretty rare.

“easy setup”
Pros
Beyond just being a meeting app, Teams works as one central place for communication and collaboration across our team. We rely on it heavily for working together day to day and it feels essential for any business already using Microsoft 365. The integrations are a big advantage too, including connections with other Microsoft products as well as external APIs and webhooks which makes things like internal alerts possible.
Cons
If there's one weak spot, it's probably the way channels are structured. Once people understand how it works, it becomes really useful but getting to that point takes some effort. Employees need to be shown how to use the channel setup properly, otherwise it's not as effective.

“Makes communication easy”
Pros
The full integration with the 365 suite is excellent. Everything stays perfectly connected and synchronized and it feels like much more than just a business chat tool.
Cons
With so many possibilities, features and connections to the rest of the 365 tools, it may take a bit of time to adapt and get comfortable with everything.

“quite affordable”
Pros
Getting prompts immediately is a big plus. It's very cost-effective and there's no extra charge for each team member which makes it a practical way to communicate without sending long emails or having to pick up the phone.
Cons
The confusing part comes at the beginning. I've used it across several companies and it always feels a bit frustrating to get everything set up and running.

“fantastic !!”
Pros
Very simple to get started with it and it comes with plenty of features that make work much easier. It's the best software I've used for holding meetings with coworkers and clients.
Cons
Honestly I enjoy using Teams overall. The only downside I can really point out is that there aren't many background options to make meetings feel more fun or visually interesting.

“Love it”
Pros
Teams has been a really effective communication tool for us. It's quick to use, simple and a lot of employees actually prefer it over traditional email. As a supplement to email, it works exceptionally well.
Cons
There are a few different versions of Teams and each one comes with its own pros and cons. Overall, the automatic integration with Outlook is incredibly valuable but the calendar still doesn't work quite as efficiently as it does in Outlook.

“It's a good tool”
Pros
Working with a team and even across different teams, feels very simple in this tool. Adding new people to existing channels is simple which helps a lot when projects change or more colleagues need to join in. It also comes with several useful extensions right out of the box and custom add-ons are helpful too. One example is the SSO connection to a third-party tool for reserving a desk in shared office spaces.
Cons
One thing that still causes issues is out-of-office visibility since not everyone notices those messages. The Teams and Outlook integration is definitely useful but I would really prefer if out-of-office notifications were also shown directly in Teams.

“keeps us connected”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has been a fantastic tool for both internal and external communication. It keeps us connected with employees and customers alike, whether we're in the office or working remotely. Being able to share files quickly and hop into video calls has made collaboration feel efficient and well organized.
Cons
It would be even better with more customization options for transcripts and AI-generated summaries. That kind of flexibility would really improve meeting follow-ups and make accessibility stronger.

“all we needed”
Pros
Having persistent chat tied into the other collaboration tools I use every day for work is a big plus. It keeps conversations connected and makes it much easier to stay on top of everything in one place.
Cons
At times, moving from Teams video to other conferencing platforms can be a bit tricky especially when the audio and video settings don't transition cleanly.

“friendly interface”
Pros
It's the kind of microstructure product you'd expect but with a very customer-friendly feel. It works well across all platforms and the interface is simple to use which makes it very approachable.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about. At first glance it feels a little dated but once people are shown how to use it, staff at all levels of technical ability can work with it without any trouble.

“easy to set up”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has been a really useful way to stay connected with work groups. It's simple to use and everyone can communicate with each other right from their computers.
Cons
The only downside for me is that if I'm away from my computer when a message comes in, I don't get notified on my computer that I have a message waiting.

“saves time”
Pros
Using Teams makes it really convenient to stay in touch with coworkers on projects, set up meetings and talk through tasks as they come up.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that Microsoft Teams often does not notify you about new messages when your browser is not open.

“messy file linking headaches”
Pros
It can be handy for team communication once you manage to sort through the pile of chats that builds up. The meeting feature is at least fairly reliable and runs without too much trouble.
Cons
Automatic creation of linked files makes everything feel cluttered and it's very unclear how you're supposed to clean up the digital mess left behind. Deleting items is difficult even with admin access and I still haven't been able to find any guidance on how to archive shared files.

“chat features are good”
Pros
Keeping up with both coworkers and outside clients is much simpler with this tool. It's simple to use and feels familiar if you've used other messaging apps before. I also appreciate being able to customize notifications on both desktop and mobile and joining meetings directly from the app is really convenient. One feature I keep coming back to is that meeting chats are saved which makes it helpful to revisit conversations later when needed.
Cons
At times, a notification will appear but the actual message takes a bit to load inside the app which can be frustrating. The inbox filtering options can also be confusing. I'm also not really a fan of the channels feature. The concept is good but it feels overly complicated and the interface doesn't seem very well designed.

“Amazing call and video quality”
Pros
This has been a standout team communication platform for us. Its usability and stability have always felt exceptional. The customization options are very useful and it integrates well while giving us solid control over all the groups involved in our meetings. It really feels like a gem and now the added AI assistance makes it even better.
Cons
It still misses a few functions especially when it comes to more complex sharing options although those gaps can be covered fairly easily with other Microsoft tools.

“so good”
Pros
Working across different organizations has been much more manageable with this platform. I can connect with colleagues in real time, reply to messages right away and open shared files instantly. That has made document collaboration much easier and helped me stay up to date on what needs to happen next.
Cons
Getting set up can feel a bit tiring at times especially when I'm added as a guest to other organizations' platforms. Even so, I was still able to work through it and get everything figured out.
