“Saves alot of time”
Pros
Being able to handle interviews and meetings remotely is really useful and I also appreciate that the link can be shared even with people who don't have a Microsoft account.
Cons
During an interview when I wasn't signed into my Teams account, I received a private message from a colleague but once the meeting ended, I couldn't find that message again in the thread.

“Feature packed!”
Pros
Working remotely every day, Teams has become a big part of how I stay organized and connected. It makes it much simpler to manage online meetings and communicate with colleagues across the country which is really important in my role. We have regular team meetings and the shared group folders for project work and management are very practical since files are simple to upload and access can be controlled easily. I can also customize my file permissions and calendar visibility while checking my teammates' schedules when needed. The automatic meeting suggestions are especially helpful when people have packed calendars because it shows the next time everyone is available at once.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything I dislike about it and I haven't run into any problems using it. I also haven't had any recent issues at all.

“centralized chats”
Pros
Microsoft 365 tightly connected to teams actually makes teamwork feel very smooth, with chat, meetings, file sharing and apps all brought together in one place.
Cons
The interface can come across as a bit cluttered and performance tends to fluctuate depending on tenant size and network conditions.

“easy to take remote meetings on”
Pros
Having conversations, meetings and shared resources all in one place is its biggest advantage. It keeps discussions connected to the actual work which makes follow-through and execution feel much more consistent.
Cons
At times it does feel a bit packed with features especially for people who only need a more limited set of tools.

“Works great”
Pros
Teams has become a core part of my daily work routine. It brings chat, calls, meeting notes and screen sharing into one place which makes it much easier to work with cross-functional teams, clients and colleagues in different locations. It's especially useful when I need to walk a client through my process or present a protocol clearly during discussions.
Cons
Every now and then, Teams runs into technical glitches although updates usually sort them out. In busy channels some details can get buried or missed and the platform can also feel a bit slow or heavy on resources especially when several apps are open or large files are being used.

“Amazing quality”
Pros
Before moving to Teams, we were using Skype exclusively until it recently shut down. It doesn't have anything especially unique but it does the job and everything works fine.
Cons
Handling several conversations in Teams can be complicated and we only really noticed that after trying another piece of software.

“quite easy to use”
Pros
Being able to message teammates, keep everything organized and quickly check everyone's status, whether they're working remotely or away on vacation, has been really useful.
Cons
Video call quality can be hit or miss when a lot of people join at once. Other than that, there's really not much to complain about.

“Interface is friendly”
Pros
Working with the Microsoft suite is a real plus and it makes connecting with coworkers and understanding the team structure much more convenient. The group chat feature also helps a lot with collaboration and keeping conversations organized.
Cons
Most frustrating part is the notification sound. At times it's so quiet that messages or contact attempts can go completely unnoticed.

“reliable switch from Skype”
Pros
Setting up meetings is very simple, document sharing works really well and the real-time updates make collaboration much more efficient.
Cons
Haven't run into any downsides. On the contrary, it makes communication a lot easier when teams are spread across different parts of France.

“effortless setup”
Pros
Love how easy it is to create and share documents online and it also helps keep everyone on the team closely connected.
Cons
I've run into some pretty significant problems when hosting larger Teams meetings especially when sharing slide decks. Embedded videos in particular have been the most troublesome part.

“I liked it...”
Pros
Scheduling meetings is simple and making changes or updates is just as simple. The call quality is clear and bringing additional people into the conversation works without any trouble.
Cons
The one frustrating part is that the audio output can sometimes switch on its own and if you are not very familiar with computers, it can take a while to figure out what happened.

“Easy to work with”
Pros
One of the best parts is that it's included with most Microsoft 365 subscriptions at no extra cost. The background options are enjoyable to use and it connects really well with Outlook, Word and Excel without any hassle.
Cons
It took some time to get used to because the interface can feel a little confusing at first. There are also times when finding files in SharePoint is harder than it should be.

“handy doc sharing”
Pros
Gives solid value for the price. It's been really helpful for working with teammates on tasks, projects and assignments and I've even used it before for managing tasks directly. The virtual background customization is also a nice touch since it lets you join meetings from pretty much anywhere. Overall, it definitely helps make team collaboration more manageable.
Cons
Getting around Teams can be frustrating. The learning curve feels pretty steep because the interface comes across as dated and some of the buttons are surprisingly hard to locate. It's especially awkward when an entire team is waiting while you're trying to find the right option. Also, Teams often loads very slowly which can end up making you late to meetings more often than it should.

“easy to use”
Pros
It works well with my phone and sharing photos is pretty simple. The custom icons are a nice touch and the meeting scheduling feature is really convenient.
Cons
At times it drops calls and I've had it crash my computer. The dedicated Teams headset for calls is also poor quality and the stuffing started coming out.

“dated interface”
Pros
The app makes it fast and convenient to stay in touch with coworkers. There isn't always enough time or any real need for a phone call so sending a quick message in Teams ends up being the perfect solution.
Cons
Offers a lot of features but many older coworkers struggle to learn all the different tools so quite a few of them end up going unused.

“video chats go smooth”
Pros
Using it has been a really efficient way for me to stay connected with my team. It helps us collaborate and manage projects together no matter where everyone is located in the world.
Cons
There was definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning while I was getting familiar with how everything works. I still feel like I have more to learn and I'm not completely sure I'm using it to its full potential yet.

“not too great”
Pros
A big plus is that my company pays for the subscription. We use it every week for our research group meetings and it works well for setting up meetings, sending notes and recording meeting minutes. The audio comes through very clearly so meetings usually run without problems. The HD video quality also makes virtual interaction feel much more comfortable.
Cons
you have quite a few add-ons available to buy but I do not use them because there are not enough helpful videos showing how to set them up. Another thing that gets annoying is the sound Teams makes whenever someone joins or leaves a meeting.

“quick team messaging”
Pros
When it comes to working with coworkers and handling company meetings, this really feels like the gold standard. Nothing else I've used comes close to matching what Teams is capable of.
Cons
The one thing I'd like to see improved is a better one-click option to join a meeting from the desktop or even a prompt from an agent to help you jump into a meeting.

“works nicely!”
Pros
Having chat, video meetings, file sharing and task management all together in one app is the biggest advantage since there's no need to keep jumping between different tools. The Office 365 integration works smoothly too so working together on Word or Excel files in real time feels very convenient. Setting up separate channels for different projects helps keep conversations organized and much cleaner. For everyday team collaboration, it does a really solid job.
Cons
While the all-in-one nature organizes projects into clean channels, the sheer volume of information and participants can make the interface feel too much sometimes and slow down the application during large calls.
