“crisp audio and HD meetings”
Pros
It has been amazing to use. Its bandwidth and overall capacity to handle just about anything needed for communication is impressive and it keeps documents, information and posts neatly organized and efficient in one place.
Cons
In a large organization where everyone uses Teams, you can wind up with a huge number of teams and channels. That can start to feel unwieldy especially when there's a lot of cross-collaboration happening.

“best-in-class!!”
Pros
One of the best parts is how many integrations it has and how well it connects with the rest of the M365 suite. I mostly rely on M365 Copilot to search through Teams and pull up relevant information quickly.
Cons
The downside is the software itself because it keeps running into constant, frustrating bugs. It freezes, crashes, video cuts out, audio stops working and there always seems to be some kind of issue going on.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Between chat, video meetings and regular calls, it gives me one place to stay connected with everyone on my team. It also helps me stay organized since my messages, meeting schedule and everything else I need are all in the same app. Having Copilot built in is something I really enjoy too.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing about Microsoft Teams that I don't enjoy. I'm a fan of all the features and the different ways it helps make my day easier and keeps me on schedule.

“Teams works great”
Pros
Bundled with every M365 plan, Teams covers both chat and video conferencing without needing anything extra. The meeting features do what they're supposed to and the interface is fairly simple to move around in. While on a call, it's convenient to be able to share your screen, send messages or transfer files as needed. The chat layout looks clean and includes all the standard features you'd expect. There are also plenty of third-party integrations available which adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Channels are by far the most frustrating part of Teams. They're confusing to organize and tucked away in a separate area so getting back to those conversations takes more digging than it should. Setting up an ad-hoc meeting can also feel a bit unclear especially if you want to adjust the meeting settings beforehand. Also, the constant prompt asking for feedback after every meeting or call gets very irritating. The active/away status also isn't very dependable.

“M365 integrations are superb”
Pros
At my old workplace, it worked okay as a way to stay in touch with team members. The tab feature was helpful too since we could add information for everyone to view and share whenever needed.
Cons
There were a lot of bugs and it kept crashing or failing to work properly especially during calls but even with regular chat features. It also ran very slowly.

“Excellent tool!”
Pros
Being able to reach anyone across the organization from either my phone or laptop has been really useful. Setting up channels has also made project collaboration between teams feel much more organized and organized.
Cons
Sometimes, notifications on my phone seem to get missed no matter how I have the settings configured. It can also be frustrating to track down older conversations since narrowing the search still feels harder than it should.

“chat tools are great”
Pros
Our team relies on Teams Phone and uses video calls regularly for client meetings and I also keep Teams on my phone. One thing I really appreciate is how smoothly everything works together across the apps.
Cons
As far as we know, there still isn't a way to set up "office hours" so calls automatically go to voicemail during nights and weekends.

“Too many crashes”
Pros
Using it felt very simple and the pricing is a big plus since just about anyone can use it. Another thing I appreciated was being able to join online without needing to download anything first.
Cons
Biggest downside was the occasional login glitch which sometimes made it harder to get meetings started on time.

“team communication made better”
Pros
Back when our teams were using it through Microsoft 365, it covered a lot of what we needed for day-to-day communication. It offers really strong collaboration features for working on files, sharing them, jumping on video calls and keeping in touch through instant chat.
Cons
Over time though, Teams started to feel more complicated for us to use especially when compared with Slack. Since Slack felt like a more powerful and solid alternative, we ended up choosing that instead.

“works smoothly”
Pros
Office communication feels a lot more connected since we started using it. It's a powerful platform and the integration with Microsoft 365 is smooth. Teams really works best alongside tools like Word, Excel and OneDrive, where everything ties together nicely.
Cons
The interface can be a bit complex though. At times, Teams feels like a Swiss Army knife with too many tools open at once. New users may need a while to figure out where chats, channels and meetings are actually located.

“simple to use”
Pros
Having it as a single place for teamwork has been the biggest advantage for me. It delivers solid value by bringing chat, video meetings, file sharing and collaboration tools together in one platform. Support for business users is usually dependable and the system becomes fairly simple to use once you get used to it. Communication works really well with organized chats, channels and video calls which makes staying connected much simpler. Collaboration is also very strong especially when sharing files and editing in real time. Also, the customization for teams and channels is useful and the built-in basic project management features help keep tasks and conversations organized in one place.
Cons
Notifications can feel a bit excessive at times and the app sometimes slows down during large meetings or when usage gets heavy.

Pros
Being able to chat with coworkers right from my computer is really convenient. It's especially useful for keeping communication flowing across a large company.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. Everything feels simple and user-friendly and it's helpful to see whether someone is active, busy or away. I also like that you can use notes to paste messages into your chat window.

“all-in-one teamwork hub”
Pros
It has really simplified how we communicate with both customers and internal team members. It's become our go-to communication tool and has completely taken the place of office phones.
Cons
Every now and then, an incoming call will disconnect immediately after I answer it. It's pretty rare but it does still happen occasionally.

“simple setup”
Pros
Microsoft Teams really stands out for putting everything in one place. Chat, video meetings, file sharing and document collaboration all happen within the same platform so there's much less need to keep jumping between different apps.
Cons
One thing that bothered me about Microsoft Teams is how cluttered it can feel especially when you're part of several teams and channels at the same time. Messages and updates can disappear into busy conversations pretty fast which makes important things easy to miss.

Pros
The tool works really well for presentations and is a very solid option for online meetings. The guest management features are something I really appreciate and the platform feels very simple to use overall.
Cons
My only issue is that streaming can make my device especially my mobile phone, get hot. It also tends to use a lot of data while streaming. Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything else.
