good for hassle free communication

Pros

UsingMicrosoft Teams Phonehas been a really positive experience overall. It's simple to navigate, makes team communication hassle free and helps a lot with collaboration across the company. The customization options are also a big plus and the added app integrations make it even more useful for daily work.

Cons

Pricing is an issue becauseitcan get expensive. I also don't understand why, as a Global Admin, there is no way to view messages between other employees on the account. Since that's something we're able to do in Outlook, itfeels inconsistent thatitdoesn't offer the same capability.

replacing skype well

Pros

Little by little,Microsoft Teamshas been replacing Skype and from what I have seen it's a user friendly tool built for team communication and collaboration. There aren't many customization features but overall it performs very well. The project management capabilities are amazing and the customer support is high quality too. The free version does have some time limits but once you pay for a plan, it feels well worth the cost.

Cons

One thing that leaves me unconvinced is how little difference I notice between Zoom andit and coming from Microsoft, I expected to see a bit more innovation.

Chat meetings files easy to find

Pros

Chat, meetings, file sharing and collaboration all in one place really improves how our team communicates and makesthe productfeel worth the cost. Teams, channels and tabs can be customized and the integrations with third-party apps add a lot of flexibility. Customer support is also dependable which helps make the platform more approachable to use.

Cons

A bit heavy and overly complex for basic collaboration needs. The customization options for project management are also somewhat limited.

fits well for remote teams

Pros

HavingMicrosoft Teamsmeans chat, meetings and file sharing are all handled in one place which makes daily collaboration much more convenient. It also connects very well with other Microsoft tools like Outlook and OneDrive so everything fits together nicely. It's especially helpful for remote teams that need to stay connected and organized.

Cons

Itis a little slow anditmay be somewhat confusing for new users at first. Sinceitcomes with so many features, finding simple things quickly can sometimes be harder thanitshould be.

helps everyone stay in touch

Pros

Microsoft Teamshelps everyone at our company stay connected, whether it's through Zoom meetings or chat conversations.

Cons

Some users have reported glitches or performance problems so we occasionally have to guide them through those issues.

Reliable for collaboration

Pros

Itworks reliably for both internal and external communication and for the most part it's easy to use. Also it helps teams connect and respond quickly which makes daily collaboration much faster.

Cons

There have been quite a few changes lately andithas become a bit harder to navigate than before. On top of that some features seem to interfere with others and don't always work properly together.

liked the customization options

Pros

UsingMicrosoft Teams Phonehas been a great experience overall. It's simple to work with, offers good value for the price and helps a lot with project management. The customization options are useful and it does a good job supporting team communication and collaboration across daily work.

Cons

Startup can feel a bit slow at times which gets frustrating when you need to jump in quickly. The most recent update also changed the layout of certain features in a way that feels inconvenient andit's annoying being pushed onto the newest version whether you wantitor not.

screen sharing works the best

Pros

Meetings inTeamshave many of the same features I enjoy in Zoom but they feel a bit more polished especially on desktop. Screen sharing works particularly well and the messaging side is fun too since it lets you send memes and GIFs.

Cons

The part I liked least was that message alerts could be unreliable at times. When a lot of conversations or interactions were happening at once, I would sometimes miss notifications.

protects our privacy

Pros

Staying in touch with the team has been very good withthis app and it also feels secure which helps protect your privacy within your environment.

Cons

One downside is that the features seem to change very quickly. Something you use and like one day might be harder to find or unavailable the next time you needit.

Pros

Collaboration and integration have been working very well for us and the real-time status is consistently accurate.

Cons

The only thing that really bothers me aboutitis the file storage setup as itlooks pretty disorganized and tracking down something I sent more than a couple of weeks ago can be frustrating.

user friendly and full of features

Pros

Everything feels well organized and easy to use. The interface is user friendly and the full set of specs and features lets people explorethe softwarewithout any hassle.

Cons

At this point I really haven't noticed any downsides. It's also something I had already used before, both back in college and later while working soitfeels familiar as well.
