“positive experience”
Pros
Having chat, calls, meetings and file sharing all built into Teams is the part I appreciate most. It keeps everything in a single place so handling daily work feels much more manageable without jumping between different apps. The Outlook meeting scheduling integration is also really useful and screen sharing performs reliably during client calls. It becomes even more valuable when collaborating with a team spread across multiple locations.
Cons
The app can feel a little sluggish especially when moving between chats or trying to open files. Notifications are another area that can be confusing or occasionally delayed. It also tends to use a fair amount of system resources which may slow things down on lower-end machines.

“Great for us”
Pros
MS Teams has been really useful for keeping our team connected and working together whenever in-person meetings aren't an option. It's also nice that we can turn on our cameras and still see each other during calls which makes remote meetings feel more personal.
Cons
One downside with Ms Teams is that the audio and video can sometimes drop out or come through at poor quality. It also tends to use a lot of system resources and needs a strong internet connection to run properly.

“Excellent”
Pros
Having Calendar and Copilot built in boosts efficiency and makes it much simpler to bring AI into everyday work without breaking the flow.
Cons
The search filters need work. It can be difficult to track down chats, meeting conversations and channels and the menu/navigation setup could be clearer overall.

“my review...”
Pros
Teams feels like one of the strongest apps for group communication and it works just as well on mobile as it does on desktop. One thing it really gets right is notifications, they take you directly into the chat instead of sending you to a home screen like some competing apps do.
Cons
Scheduled calls tied to work accounts can be really frustrating to track down. I've had invites arrive in my inbox with links that add the meeting to my calendar but actually locating and opening those calls from inside the Teams app can be difficult which ends up forcing people to dig back through emails just to join.

“easy remote collaboration”
Pros
It does a really good job of keeping communication and collaboration in one central place. Chat, video meetings and file sharing all work reliably and the integration with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other Microsoft tools cuts down on a lot of extra steps. It's also helpful that it works well for both internal and external collaboration so it fits just as well for day-to-day team communication as it does for bigger project-based work.
Cons
A drawback is that Teams can feel somewhat bulky and crowded especially for newer users who only need basic messaging or meetings. With so many features and settings, there's definitely a learning curve and handling multiple teams or channels can get confusing after a while. On some devices or in certain environments, it can also feel less lightweight than simpler communication platforms even though Microsoft has been improving stability and call performance.

“occational navigation lags”
Pros
Keeping work communication in one place has been really helpful. Having chats, calls and files together makes it simple to stay connected with the team and keep everything organized.
Cons
Oftentimes, it runs a little slow or gets glitchy especially during calls. It can also start to feel cluttered when too many messages and notifications come in.

For a small business with remote staff, this has become absolutely essential. We use it several times a day for messaging and video calls and honestly we couldn't function without it. It's very simple to use and offers really good value.
Cons
There's honestly nothing we dislike about it. We rely on it constantly and really couldn't manage without it.

“our go-to for collaboration”
Pros
One of the best things is being able to bring external users into work groups. That feature makes collaboration with people outside the organization much more practical and keeps everything in one place.
Cons
The biggest downside for me in Teams is that it doesn't offer the end-to-end encryption you get with other platforms like WhatsApp which feels like a missing security feature.

“quite reliable”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has worked well for project management. It helps get the team set up for collaboration, communication and online meetings without much trouble.
Cons
Sometimes, it can be confusing when trying to find the specific Team or chat I need. Just when it feels like I've gotten used to where everything is, an update comes along and changes it again.

“good quality”
Pros
Being able to reach the entire team instantly or message one person directly, has been a huge advantage. The chat setup is very simple to use and customizing conversations on the spot is quick. Working together across teams and managing projects in one place is incredibly convenient. The value you get is well worth the cost and the customer support has been outstanding.
Cons
The only real drawback I noticed with Teams came from the original size of my company. Once the team expanded, it became much more useful and worked the way it was meant to.

“Feature packed!!”
Pros
Working in Teams every day has been really useful because it keeps chats, calls and meetings all in one spot. Channels do a good job of keeping project discussions organized so context doesn't get lost. Video meetings are reliable most of the time and screen sharing usually works without any hassle. Sharing files through OneDrive links is convenient too since it cuts out the back-and-forth of emailing large attachments. The calendar and app integrations also save time when it comes to scheduling and follow-ups. Also, search is fast enough to pull up old messages and files without having to dig around forever.
Cons
On the downside, the app can feel pretty heavy especially on older laptops and it sometimes slows down when moving between channels. Notifications can get overwhelming when a channel is busy and muting them is not always very obvious. The mobile version also lacks some desktop features and its layout can be a little confusing now and then. Setting up permissions and private channels was not very simple either and it took a few attempts plus some help from IT to get right. Calls can also drop or have audio issues on weaker networks which sometimes means fixing things manually. Customizing tabs and apps is helpful but it can feel a bit fiddly and not always consistent across different teams.

Pros
Using it has been very simple and the interface and UI are excellent. It works really well for collaboration both inside and outside the workplace. I honestly can't say enough good things about it.
Cons

“all-in-one app”
Pros
Having chat, meetings and file sharing all in one platform is a big advantage because it makes work organization and communication much simpler. There's no need to rely on separate apps for every task which cuts down the time wasted switching from one tool to another.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit unadaptive especially for beginners and finding your way through teams and channels is not always immediate. Also, the app tends to be fairly heavy which can cause slowdowns on less powerful devices. Notification management can also become confusing and sometimes excessive making it harder to stay focused.
