“makes communication easy”
Pros
So great to have one place for messaging, meetings and document collaboration and it keeps communication organized especially across distributed teams. The Microsoft 365 integration is a big advantage since shared files are easy to open and edit together in real time. Tools like screen sharing, meeting recordings and live captions also make everyday collaboration much more effective.
Cons
Sometimes, the platform feels a bit slow and dated especially when moving between chats, channels and meetings. Notifications are not always reliable so it's possible to miss updates unless you go back and check each thread yourself. Once the number of teams and channels grows, the interface gets harder to navigate and finding older conversations or managing permissions can take more time than it should.

“helps me daily!”
Pros
Keeping everyone connected internally is where it really helps our company. We use chat all the time for quick discussions instead of sending emails through Outlook which cuts down on back-and-forth. It also saves us a lot of time because we can schedule virtual meetings rather than traveling. Also, it works really well with OneDrive and SharePoint so collaboration between team members happens faster and with less friction. The connection with Outlook is also a big part of staying organized and handling scheduling efficiently.
Cons
That said it can be overwhelming especially for new hires or team members who are not as familiar with Microsoft products. Like a lot of Microsoft software, there is a pretty steep learning curve and the interface can feel dated at times. People on our team also regularly have trouble telling the difference between chats, channels and teams which can make things more confusing than they should be.

“organized chats and channels”
Pros
It's really useful that this integrates with Microsoft 365 Calendar and being able to pull up meeting transcripts after calls is a nice feature to have.
Cons
What keeps coming up is screen sharing. At times I can't share my full screen or even documents from my computer. I also run into a strange issue with Teams meeting invites created from my calendar, where I'll randomly get a message saying someone needs to let me or other attendees into the meeting even though I'm the one who set it up.

“Love using it”
Pros
Really stands out for bringing communication and collaboration together in one place. Having chat, video meetings, file sharing and built-in integration with other Microsoft apps makes working with a team feel connected and efficient.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating with Teams is that the interface sometimes feels a little cluttered and notification management can get overwhelming especially in larger teams.

“faster teamwork”
Pros
Something I enjoy most about Teams is how many ways it gives us to separate chats and group conversations, along with the built-in extras like GIFs and emojis. It makes communication more enjoyable for the team while also helping everyone stay engaged and up to date on their individual tasks and goals for the day.
Cons
The part I enjoy the least about Teams is that there seems to be a limit on how many chats you can keep within a specific grouping. Because I handle a heavy workload, that can be a bit restrictive for me though it probably won't be much of an issue for most other users.

“calendar sync with sharing issues”
Pros
Searching through my conversation history is really efficient especially when I need to pull up a related image or video for a report. I also tend to organize my thinking around the conversations I've had with coworkers so that part fits really well with how I work.
Cons
Every now and then, an update brings major UI changes that feel a bit disruptive. The last time it happened, all of my coworker chats disappeared from the main sidebar and I had to dig through the settings quite a bit before I figured out how to turn them back on.

“Works nicely”
Pros
This has been a really strong platform for both large and small organizations to keep communication and document sharing in one place. It works well for storing documents, managing projects, sharing files and handling private messaging, all while keeping everything internal and organized within the company.
Cons
Features sure are user-friendly and it's very well suited for internal communication. The only challenge is that sharing documents with people outside the organization can sometimes feel a bit complicated.

“chat features are good”
Pros
Chats are arranged really well with the rest of the platform so it's hard to lose track of a specific conversation. The "cork board" scheduler also makes collaboration much more convenient. Also, there are some fun meeting customization options, like backgrounds. Screen sharing and recordings are also very simple to use.
Cons
Performance can slow down a bit in larger team video meetings especially when Chrome or other programs are running at the same time. It can also get a little confusing switching between different Teams windows or tabs while a video call is in progress.

“search is good”
Pros
Being able to chat with the team from anywhere is something I really appreciate. It also helps us organize group meetings and keep shared schedules in one place.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real complaints. The only thing that would be nice is having a few more customization options beyond just dark and light mode.

“Perfect for internal collaboration”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has been a really user-friendly meeting app for me. It makes working with a team much more convenient and smooth. Their customer support has also been excellent since they've always been there to help whenever I needed it. I also appreciate the auto-record option during live meetings and the chat feature works really well too.
Cons
At this point, I honestly don't have any complaints about it. I haven't run into any bugs and it comes with a lot of useful and interesting features.

“A handy scheduler”
Pros
Having it as one central place for messaging and video meetings is really convenient and it makes connecting with people fast and simple.
Cons
The biggest problem I've run into is that notifications can be unreliable at times and I sometimes have a hard time locating a team I already created.

“Wonderful shared scheduling”
Pros
Teams works nicely alongside other Microsoft apps and having the option to run it entirely in a web browser is handy when needed even if I wouldn't really recommend it since the desktop app tends to perform better.
Cons
Interface feels pretty dated and can be confusing at times. A lot of the time, it's difficult to figure out where to find what I need because there are so many options and many of them have names that are too generic to clearly tell apart.

“support is great”
Pros
Getting around the platform is simple and it connects nicely with other tools I already rely on, like Monday and Box. It's also really helpful for team collaboration and staying in touch with everyone.
Cons
The audio and video quality still need improvement. There's definitely room to grow there since the sound cuts in and out and the video tends to glitch and freeze fairly often.

“loved it”
Pros
This platform has been awesome to work with. It's simple to use, setting up groups for specific projects and team collaboration is simple and the customization options are fantastic. The Outlook Calendar integration has honestly been a lifesaver.
Cons
There's really not much to complain about. The only thing that can be frustrating is how difficult it is to understand some of the app connections inside Teams, like MS Planner. Even then, it's a pretty minor issue.

“Dated navigation”
Pros
Being able to connect with multiple people across my organization is really useful and I also appreciate that I can set up calls and meetings with people outside the company too. It works nicely with a lot of other apps and platforms which makes it even more valuable.
Cons
I wish the file size limit when sending things to others was better. I understand there has to be a cap but there are times when a higher limit would make file sharing much more convenient.

Pros
Teams has made online meetings much more convenient and the screen sharing feature really helps when someone needs to walk others through something during a call.

“fantastic customization”
Pros
Switching from Jabber to Teams had me pretty concerned at first but just for messaging, it actually works really well. New messages pop up in the bottom-right corner of the screen and stay visible which makes them hard to miss. It's also handy that you can attach screenshots and depending on how your system is configured, Teams will email you if you haven't opened a message within a set amount of time.
Cons
When i was using Jabber, it handled the phone line integration better.. especially for making calls outside the company. Teams doesn't cover that for us so we've had to keep Jabber around just for external calling.

“integrations are good”
Pros
Having everything in a single place makes collaborating feel much more natural, messages, calls and files are all connected instead of scattered across different tools. It's really convenient to move from a quick conversation to updating a shared document or jumping into a call without losing momentum.
Cons
The downside is that it can become pretty noisy with constant notifications and busy threads and finding one specific message can feel like digging through a mess. When your internet connection is weak or your computer is a bit slow, the whole experience can start dragging pretty quickly.

“online meetings go smooth now”
Pros
Getting quicker replies from coworkers makes the workday more efficient. The group chat feature is also really useful since it lets the whole team communicate fast in one conversation.
Cons
Availability icons and status notices are unreliable. We've run into this several times where someone is actively working on another program but their status still shows them as away. Because of that, the availability display isn't accurate.

“solid messaging”
Pros
Working with teammates feels really efficient here because it keeps communication around workplace services in one place, helps organize upcoming projects and training and makes team meetings and shift handoffs simple to manage. The background customization is also a nice touch for themes, holidays or adding a bit more location privacy while still looking professional. Another feature I really appreciate is the inclusion of Copilot along with the calendar which makes it much easier to stay on top of meetings and appointments with daily reminders.
Cons
Every now and then Teams can freeze or lag a bit but honestly the benefits far outweigh that occasional issue.
