ChiroTouch is an Electronic Health Record (EHR) company established in 1999. It is designed to facilitate small and medium-sized practices. The system is fully integrated with a seamless medical billing, scheduling, EHR and inventory modules. As the name suggests, its core specialty is Chiropractic Treatment with the company servicing over 21,000 Doctors of Chiropractic (DC) across the United States.
The vendor offers two ONC certified EHR systems; cloud-based and on-premise. Both products are fairly priced for the functionalities they offer to a chiropractic office. The EHR systems have bi-directional interfaces with all leading labs across the country and can be used on a PC or an iPad with ChiroTouch Provider iPad app.
The patient intake module and soap notes are customized fully for chiropractics with inbuilt clinical functionalities such as image and room management. For patient engagement, the Practice Management side of Chirotouch software offers patient appointment reminders. Patients can also allowing patients to fill in their intake forms on Chirotouch patient portal and review outcomes assessment forms before visiting the practice.

Pros:The fact that we need support makes it very expensive to operate. We also provide a lot of suggestions to them which they never seem to take into account.
Cons:It is not easy to navigate and patients often end up feeling confused!
Pros:The Chirotouch Support Staff are the best! As the only front desk person I had to use them a lot. They are all courteous, patient and helpful. Many times they have had to really work to figure out and fix my issues! I learned many aspects of my job from them. I am retiring in 2 days and I know I am leaving my replacement in great hands! Thank-you all!

Cons:A little overwhelming at first. That was solved by getting great support from Laurence Peppler from the support team and getting me up to speed fast.
Pros:We love Chirotouch as it helps us incorporate intricate parts of the modern busy chiropractic practice into one whole. We see a lot of PI cases and the charting section helps our doctor quickly keep notes that will support his care and help us get paid. We also love the Front Desk features as it's very easy for us to take in a high volume of new patients of all sorts of case types. There are so many places to keep notes on unique situations that it makes each individual real to any employee who might come and look at the account later. I love the reports sections. As a co-owner, I can find out all sorts of things in planning or debugging an area. Lastly their support staff and webinars are very useful. There's a lot of little things to learn and they make it easy to do. I love the New Staff modules. It's a pre-set program for me to onboard my new staff by post title. That's so valuable to us!
Cons:There is a lot to learn to utilize the whole power of the program. But little by little, you can get a better and better handle on it. There are a lot of useful add on services. It's nice that you can pick and choose but it does get a little pricey as you'll eventually want them all.
Pros:Very efficient, thorough, time saving and intuitive. Its been quick and easy to implement. The support that ChiroTouch offers is SUPERIOR! Thank you for making charting not a daunting task!!! A shout out to Pep and Dr Mark and Dr Owen for all their hard work to help us.
Cons:Even though you may have to pay what you may perceive as a bit for the ChiroTouch services, it is an unbelievable value once you figure out all they have put into this and continue to strive for excellence!!!! Try it, and you will see.!!!!

Cons:Wish they hadn't gone with one CC provider to store and process credit cards. There is a work around to stay with your current provider
Pros:Customer support is very responsive and professional. They've helped me solve all the issues I have called in about. At CalJam 2020, Pep helped our office set up some systems through ChiroTouch that we didn't know we weren't utilizing. We automated a few processes we'd been doing by hand and we're saving a ton of time.
Cons:I'd like if some menus in the Provider All-in-One, specifically the scheduled/checked-in/checked-out menu, would open the highlighted patient's profile when you click enter.
Pros:The chirotouch platform and support are second to none. We have used other EHR software and Chirotouch has consistently delivered with top notch server side and client facing support for our clinics. There are outstanding options in the platform as well as a wide array of outside integrations that make chirotouch stand out above the competition. We will continue to use Chirotouch for our clinics.
Cons:Not yet cloud based but I am told this is coming soon..
Pros:This is the best decision for our business that my husband ever made. It may have saved our marriage ! LOL
I am saving so much time on my billing and patient recalls and once my staff learned it has made all of our lives easier, which means our patient care has dramatically improved ! Thank you to all the training and support as they have been amazing .
6 months later and still amazed by the software and the support has been world class - they are always helpful and very nice
Cons:Support is not open on Saturday, but they need a break too :)
