ChiroTouch is an Electronic Health Record (EHR) company established in 1999. It is designed to facilitate small and medium-sized practices. The system is fully integrated with a seamless medical billing, scheduling, EHR and inventory modules. As the name suggests, its core specialty is Chiropractic Treatment with the company servicing over 21,000 Doctors of Chiropractic (DC) across the United States.
The vendor offers two ONC certified EHR systems; cloud-based and on-premise. Both products are fairly priced for the functionalities they offer to a chiropractic office. The EHR systems have bi-directional interfaces with all leading labs across the country and can be used on a PC or an iPad with ChiroTouch Provider iPad app.
The patient intake module and soap notes are customized fully for chiropractics with inbuilt clinical functionalities such as image and room management. For patient engagement, the Practice Management side of Chirotouch software offers patient appointment reminders. Patients can also allowing patients to fill in their intake forms on Chirotouch patient portal and review outcomes assessment forms before visiting the practice.

Pros:Customer support is very responsive and professional. They've helped me solve all the issues I have called in about. At CalJam 2020, Pep helped our office set up some systems through ChiroTouch that we didn't know we weren't utilizing. We automated a few processes we'd been doing by hand and we're saving a ton of time.
Cons:I'd like if some menus in the Provider All-in-One, specifically the scheduled/checked-in/checked-out menu, would open the highlighted patient's profile when you click enter.
Pros:The chirotouch platform and support are second to none. We have used other EHR software and Chirotouch has consistently delivered with top notch server side and client facing support for our clinics. There are outstanding options in the platform as well as a wide array of outside integrations that make chirotouch stand out above the competition. We will continue to use Chirotouch for our clinics.
Cons:Not yet cloud based but I am told this is coming soon..
Pros:This is the best decision for our business that my husband ever made. It may have saved our marriage ! LOL
I am saving so much time on my billing and patient recalls and once my staff learned it has made all of our lives easier, which means our patient care has dramatically improved ! Thank you to all the training and support as they have been amazing .
6 months later and still amazed by the software and the support has been world class - they are always helpful and very nice

Pros:The support is amazing and helps us all the time - we are older and require help with computers and they have always been very patient with us. We love the billing side of things- auto posting has saved us so much time over he last year . The Intouch tool has definitely increased patients visit numbers as it reminds them each time they need to come in and we do not have to call everyone all the time !
Cons:Chat support can be hard to use for training , but calling in has always helped
Pros:The Customer Service was so helpful to answer all of our questions. They truly care about doctors. I also love the intuitive software features! Chirotouch is like the IPhone of EHR

Pros:Hands down, great product support!! That is critical when you've got no other choice but to get the job done. I never had a question, ChiroTouch couldn't answer. The accounting is straight forward which makes it easier for the billing department to collect!! It has saved my clinic hours on accounting time with the AutoPosting features!!
Cons:Initial set up took a little longer than I would have liked, but now that it is completely customized for my practice, it actually saves time!
Pros:The company staff is incredibly kind and amiable. From their sales rep, training staff to their unparalleled support staff. Whatever issue we might be facing, they go above and beyond to find a timely resolution for it. We had a time limit to complete implementation on the new software and their training team was a great help throughout the process. The sure deserve compensation for their devoted performance. As for the software, it is easy to use, very flexible, offers a lot of options for customization. Note taking has just the right features for a chiro’s office. This software has been a significant help to our practice.
Cons:The learning curve is slightly challenging. Navigating through the system can be confusing but once you have learned it, it’s pretty simple and intuitive.
Pros:I have the utmost admiration for their customer support staff at CT. Elienai C. is an operator there who helped me through a very difficult insurance billing and accounting problem today and I am so grateful for her patience because there is no way I could have figured that out on my own. ChiroTouch is an amazing software that makes chiropractic practice far easier for us. Online forms for new patients and online schedules for providers to access at any time and place are a huge help. OpenEdge, for integrated credit card system, makes billing very simple. There are options for care packages for service.
Cons:The set up still shows a few glitches every now and then, the online scheduling isn’t always the smoothest process. The Verify option does not work for all insurances. We currently have a request-based system in which patients send requests for appointments where they could see the schedule including the free and taken slots. This resulted in negative feedback from them so we had to take that whole service down.
Pros:It is so much easier to work with this software and stay above all matters with the tech support staff always available to help us with any and all issues we have with the system. The representative is competent, professional and works within the time limits that a busy practice like ours demands from vendors. They have played a major role in keeping our account up-to-date and helped our practice run smoothly over the years.
Cons:The system is still in-house server based which is not the safest option considered that nowadays almost all her systems are cloud-based or have cloud storage. I hope people at Chirotouch soon remedy that.
Pros:Their customer support department is extremely friendly and beyond helpful throughout my experience with ChiroTouch. They are super friendly and readily accessible, there is no wait time when you call and there is always someone more than willing to help you with any questions or issues you might be facing, at any time and day of the week.
Cons:There are some issues that cannot be resolved as quickly as we would like them to be, as they often affect clinic work. Some problems require research as any technical problem does but the staff is always very efficient in resolving our issues as soon as they can and never disappoint.
