Found this much simpler to handle than the French CMMS system I had depended on for over sixteen years.

For me it was really easy to set up, configure and use. For maintenance scheduling it perfectly fits my needs.

I can't think of anything missing. Everything currently feels essential though I'd like to see more reports, financial, manhour, costing and graphical ones.

I find it really simple to use and the informatics requirements aren't a major hurdle for me at all.

What bugs me is that I'm not permitted to reprogram unfinished tasks into a new work order which ends up imposing limits on lubrication scheduling, for example.

It's simple to set up and use, very user-friendly and provides every capability I need to oversee maintenance operations in a food plant. The asset management, complete with work order handling and preventive maintenance tools, is all included.

My only complaint is that the preventive maintenance module isn't as user-friendly as the rest of the system and could use a clearer layout and workflows.

I've found this program very simple to install and pick up so I only needed a brief amount of time to learn how to use it and could roll it out quickly.

One problem I've noticed is that once work orders are closed they vanish and I can't retrieve them later for reference.
