Simple to install

Pros

I've found this program very simple to install and pick up so I only needed a brief amount of time to learn how to use it and could roll it out quickly.

Cons

One problem I've noticed is that once work orders are closed they vanish and I can't retrieve them later for reference.

Customer-centric company :)

Pros

I find it very simple and thorough, showing real industry know-how. By experimenting with it I learned a ton. The free tier is a smart way to try the product, reducing client risk and showing a customer-first mindset.

Cons

For me it feels a little overwhelming to get started because so many business decisions and setup options are presented right away. I, like others sometimes just want a tool to handle daily tasks rather than be forced into launching or running a business. Also I couldn't tell if there's a web app version which was confusing.

Saves a lot of time!!

Pros

This tool is genuinely pleasant to work with and the layout is refreshingly simple and user-friendly so getting started was quick. Even managers with limited experience, after a period of regular use, develop a much broader understanding of maintenance operations which in turn makes them far more comfortable interacting with the program during day-to-day activities. By using this software I've been able to reduce time spent on routine tasks, save on resources and contribute to higher company revenue. They really deserve credit for delivering a versatile, generic CMMS that realistically fits into the daily operations of almost any company.

Cons

At the moment, I don't have any complaints about the software.

Simplicity stands out

Pros

the simplicity of the layout and the terms of use suit me well.

Cons

I use the Express edition and when it comes to exporting reports to Excel I find we lack a way to customize those reports. I'd really like a tool that lets me adjust the exported data.

Has everything we need !

Pros

I've found it pretty easy to use and it includes everything my team needs to keep a CMMS up and running and well organized.

Cons

We don't really have anything to complain about. We've used this program for many years and whenever something is needed we contact Navaltik and they build whatever we suggest.

They value feedback!!

Pros

I've noticed they constantly roll out updates and they listen to users' suggestions when doing so. The team behind it is responsive and practical. It's user-friendly with fast handling of requests. The software feels simple yet powerful and upgrading from ManWinWin 2.xx to this version was a major leap. The dashboard addition was smart though it still needs some polish.

Cons

I think the ManWinWin Web interface needs a lot of work to become truly user-friendly. For me it's not user-friendly enough. We can't change permissions the way our organization requires which is frustrating. The "Readings" tab doesn't behave as expected and, worryingly, it's not mandatory so data can be skipped. I also can't customize report layouts to match our needs. When we're tracking MME (Measurement and Monitoring Equipment), fields like "Calibrations Status" and "Date" should be required on work orders. Finally, preferences are only global right now. I'd like the option to set local preferences per user or location instead of one setting for everyone.

Icon-based interface makes it simple

Pros

I'm using Manwinwin version 6 and really appreciate its icon-based, user-friendly interface because it makes it simple. I can quickly populate master configuration and setup data and then move straight into planning and logging daily maintenance tasks. What stands out for me are the asset datasheets, they capture every conceivable detail and even include the asset photo. And the meters management is excellent, complete with a forecasting feature that I rely on. Organization data mapping was simple to set up. The Excel-to-Manwinwin upload tool saved me a lot of time, inventory level controls are solid and the daily workload calendar has had a huge positive effect on how I schedule work.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints though I did request a few small, nice-to-have improvements and Manwinwin's team assured me they'd address them. For example, grouping the worklist by asset and having the software automatically adjust the aspect ratio of asset pictures.

Pros

What I find most useful are the dashboard, the clear KPIs, the in-depth analysis and the work reports. They really help me monitor and evaluate things effectively.
