“Very responsive support”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform has been user-friendly and the support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful. Requests and updates are handled quickly, the SharePoint integration works easyly and there's plenty of flexibility to align everything with our branding and structural needs.
Cons
Honestly there aren't any real downsides to point out. Everything has worked well and whenever something comes up, it gets handled effectively.

“Their team is great”
Pros
They really took the time to understand our requirements and the vision we had for the intranet, then built it around exactly that. Getting support was also very simple, whether we needed a call to talk things through in more detail or help with a support issue and they were always clear and communicative throughout.
Cons
This is not really a criticism but there were times when it was frustrating to know whether something should be raised with them or handled by our IT provider instead. That said, they were always helpful in advising us when it was outside their scope. Other than that, I didn't have any major issues.

“Love it”
Pros
Attollo really takes SharePoint to the next level by giving us much better control over our branding, along with a lot more flexibility in page layouts, web parts and overall design so our content feels much more engaging. We get plenty of compliments on how it looks. Another big plus is that their web parts work natively inside SharePoint so there's very little learning curve for our team.
Cons
At times some of our SharePoint pages are a little slower to load the web parts. We've been working with their team to figure out what might be causing it since they haven't consistently seen the same issue with other clients.
