“Canto is great, but a few tweaks would make it even better!”
Pros
I've really enjoyed my experience with Canto! It's a very useful product, though some UI improvements could make the experience even better.
Cons
I've experienced occasional unresponsiveness when uploading files. I wasn't particularly impressed with the Adobe connector either, as it hasn't been helpful. Also, the portal customization interface could use some improvement, it's unclear how to change colors, move titles or remove unwanted buttons. I love the feature and it was a big selling point, but it could definitely benefit from better UI. It would also be great if there wasn't a checkered background on album covers for vector images. I prefer not to clutter up the album with a custom icon.

“A solid, reliable all-rounder for asset management”
Pros
Very good. The database works efficiently and reliably. After more than four years of consistent use so I haven't experienced any downtime. The help desk and customer support are well-organized and respond quickly to any inquiries. Canto also offers a great collection of tutorials and guides for admins and contributors. There are some minor issues, but when I submit a ticket, the response is always quick, friendly and honest. My organization mainly uses Canto for photos/stories and as a publication library.
Cons
There are only a few places worldwide where CANTO is unavailable and unfortunately, one of them is a country where my organization works. Also when we first began using CANTO, the pricing structure wasn't entirely clear to us.

“Canto is perfect for remote teams sharing assets”
Pros
It's been an essential tool for our remote team to share assets. It has improved our ability to oversee and collaborate on content effectively.
Cons
We've brought up the issue several times but the lack of a working plug-in for our WordPress system has been a point of frustration since we started. Sometimes it even crashes at the same stage of the process (like during uploads) so it would be ideal if that could be resolved to improve the user experience.
