Pipeline visibility that delivers

Pros

At Roboost, I've found Zoho Bigin to be a really valuable addition to our sales process. As a sales manager, I use it to get much clearer visibility into the pipeline and that has made a real difference for the team. What stands out to me most is the user-friendly interface, the flexibility to customize it around how we work and how well it connects with the other tools we already rely on. Because of that, I'm able to follow each stage of the pipeline closely, spot leaks or weak points sooner and step in before small issues turn into bigger problems. From my experience, that has improved our efficiency and helped us close deals more quickly.

Cons

So far, I honestly haven't run into any meaningful drawbacks. In my experience, everything has worked reliably and lined up well with what our business needs. With more long-term use, I might eventually notice something that could be improved but at this point I can say it has been working really well for me.

Highly recommended for smaller businesses

Pros

I've been using it for quite a while now and from my experience, I'd definitely recommend it to small businesses. It has worked really well for me over time and I've found it to be a solid fit for managing things without feeling overwhelming.

Cons

An appointment booking or scheduling feature is needed. I'd really like to see that added because for me, it feels like an important tool to have.

Clean deal pipeline view

Pros

the deal pipeline is visualized clearly and I find it very user-friendly to work with. The whole process feels user-friendly so I can quickly understand where each deal stands without wasting time figuring things out.

Cons

Default setup because some categories like taxes should already be included. In my case, having those fields available from the start would make the system more complete and save me a bit of setup time.

Excellent experience with the support team

Pros

It is wonderful how clean and organized the interface feels. I was able to get comfortable with it quickly and it didn't take me long to understand how everything works. The platform feels very user-friendly and I've found it simple to use in my day-to-day work. On top of that, I've had a really positive experience with the support team because whenever I needed help, they were responsive and helpful.

Cons

Only drawbacks have been a few minor limitations in the emailing and reporting features. They're not major issues for me but I have noticed that those areas could use a bit more flexibility and depth.

Pros

A good CRM overall and it's been quite convenient for me to use in my day-to-day work. It's helpful for managing customer information and staying organized so I'd definitely recommend it to others who want a practical CRM option.

Packed crm essentials

Pros

It comes loaded with the core features I need in a compact CRM. From a single account, I'm able to get a complete 360-degree view of my customers which makes tracking interactions much more practical. I've also found the Email-in feature really useful because it turns all incoming team emails into CRM records automatically. On top of that, the File Cabinet keeps files and documents secure inside Bigin and I can even use it to provide customers with a portal where they upload their documents themselves. Another thing I appreciate is that I'm able to connect it with other apps like PageSense and Zoho Survey which adds more value to the platform for me.

Cons

That said, I've noticed Bigin doesn't offer the same level of advanced automation that Zoho CRM does. In my experience, setting up Toppings and Custom Components is not very beginner-friendly since it requires coding knowledge. I also found that workflow functions depend on Deluge, Zoho's own scripting language so I need to understand that language if I want deeper customization across Zoho products.

I don't feel overwhelmed by a massive list of unnecessary tools which honestly makes a big difference for me. Instead, it includes the features I actually need most and everything has been organized in a way that feels really user-friendly. It's a well-focused CRM that keeps things simple without sacrificing the essentials.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints specifically. That said, I do feel the automation side could be made more powerful and a lot more personalized. In my case, I'd love to have the flexibility to adjust workflows in more detailed ways and customize them however I want. If that part becomes more robust, I think the product would be even better.

Top-notch mobile app integration

Pros

The mobile app works well with everything else. The integration has been excellent and I've been able to stay on top of tasks and updates even when I'm away from my desk. That convenience has made a real difference in how I use the software day to day.

Cons

There's definitely a lot to learn with this platform and I've found it can feel a bit overwhelming at times when getting started. Still, I'd say that's fairly normal for a tool like this so I expected there would be a learning curve before feeling fully comfortable with it.

Solid tools for business growth

It covers all the key areas I need to manage and grow my business so I'm not left hunting for separate tools for every basic function. I feel like it brings together the essential categories in a way that actually supports day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Cons

At the same time, I found parts of it a little technical and there were a few things I couldn't sort out on my own. In my case, I had to rely on IT support to get certain tasks completed which was a bit frustrating.

Offers different tiers

Pros

What I love most about it is how simple it feels to use. Our team was able to get up and running without needing much hand-holding or extra support which made the onboarding process feel much less stressful. I also like that there are different tiers available because it gives us something to build into as we need more features over time.

Cons

The email setup frustrates me, especially when it comes to using a role-based email that several people need access to. Instead, each person on our team had to use their own separate email account which has not been ideal. I'm also not a big fan of how incoming emails are handled for brand-new contacts although at this point we've been able to adjust our process and make their system work for us.

Pros

I found this CRM to be a user-friendly platform that includes the core CRM features an early-stage business like mine really needs. It covers the essential functionality without feeling overly complicated which made it practical for managing day-to-day customer relationships.

Cons

Not being able to delete stages I had created manually on my own is annoying. In my case, I had to contact customer support and submit a ticket just to have those stages removed which felt unnecessarily dependent on support for something that should have been manageable directly within the platform.

Easy to create web forms

Pros

I really like how simple it is for me to create web forms and connect them where I need them. What stood out to me even more is the pipeline workflow because it helps me keep my sales process organized and moving in the right direction.

Cons

Pros

Found it to be simple to use without feeling too basic. What I really like is that I can customize it to match the way my business works instead of forcing my process into a rigid system. On top of that, it's reasonably priced so I get the features I need without spending too much.

Really happy with it!

Smooth integrations

Pros

What stood out to me right away was the clean layout which made the platform feel very user-friendly from the start. I was able to find my way around without much effort and the learning curve felt short enough that I could get everything set up and running pretty quickly. Zoho really put thought into the user experience and that shows in how comfortable the system feels to use day to day. Another thing I really appreciate is how well Bigin connects with other Zoho apps as well as a range of third-party tools. That kind of integration has helped me fit it into my existing software stack without much disruption and I like having more centralized control over different processes in one place.

Cons

I have run into a few issues with the email integration which could definitely be more reliable. One thing I also feel is missing is a dedicated lead management page since having that built in would make tracking and organizing leads much more convenient for me.

Easy to connect with external apps. I've been able to integrate it with tools like WhatsApp through REST APIs without too much effort which has been really useful for my workflow. Another big plus for me is the pricing because compared with platforms like HubSpot and LeadSquared, I find it much more competitive and budget-friendly.

Cons

My main issue is with Deluge, the language used for integrations. From what I've seen, it's fairly simple once I understand it but if I'm not familiar with Deluge, setting up integrations with external apps can definitely become challenging.
