“Well laid out”
Pros
The interface is clean, user-friendly and laid out in a way that helps me get to the information I need without wasting time. I also like that it brings the full sales process together in one place. From capturing leads to tracking opportunities and managing contacts, I'm able to see the entire sales cycle in an organized way which helps me stay on top of customer orders for my small business. Another big plus for me is the automation feature. I can create reminders, follow-up emails and notifications so important opportunities don't slip through the cracks. That has saved me a lot of time and manual effort and it lets me spend more attention on the more strategic parts of running my business.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed with Zoho Bigin is the fairly restricted level of customization. While I do find the software user-friendly, I've felt that the options for adjusting fields and workflows are not as flexible as they could be. For businesses that need a CRM to match very specific internal processes, that can definitely be a drawback. I've also found that its integrations with other apps and services are somewhat limited when compared with other CRM tools on the market. That can become an issue if a company depends heavily on outside platforms to handle different parts of the business. I'd really like to see stronger and more complete integration options added in the future.

“No complaints”
Pros
Feels convenient while still giving me plenty of customization options. In my case, I was able to find a CRM system that doesn't feel overloaded with unnecessary features yet it still includes all the tools I actually need to get the job done.
Cons
From what I've seen, there really isn't much to complain about. The only thing that feels a bit limited to me is the translation support for other languages.

“Convenient for beginners”
Pros
It is simple and well organized, especially for someone like me who doesn't come from a deep CRM background. I was able to start using it without feeling overwhelmed and the whole setup feels organized enough for beginners to work with directly.
Cons
At the moment, I honestly can't think of any major downside from my experience. If I had to mention one small thing, I'd say I would personally like to see more color customization or a more vibrant visual design.

“Lower price compared to competitors”
Pros
What stood out to me most was the pricing. I had been looking around for a CRM that wouldn't cost too much and Bigin ended up being the best match I found. For a much lower price than most competitors, it still gives me most of the core features I expect from a solid CRM so from a value standpoint, I've been really happy with it.
Cons
The integration options with other apps are still pretty limited right now. I also can't do mail merges for leads which is definitely a drawback for me. That said because the price is so low, I'm willing to put up with those gaps for now. Still, once I'm ready to spend more and need something that can scale with me, I can already tell that's probably when I'll move on from Bigin.

“Provides solid value”
Pros
I found Bigin really quick to get up and running which made the implementation process feel refreshingly hassle-free. For the price, I think it offers very solid value and the feature set feels like exactly what a startup needs when just getting started. In my experience, it covers the essentials without overwhelming me with unnecessary complexity.
Cons
Missing deeper integration with Google Calendar. I'd really like to be able to send Calendar meeting invitations directly instead of relying on Zoho Meeting because that would fit much better with the way I already manage scheduling.

“Flexible pipeline and custom fields”
Pros
I can clearly separate pipelines, contacts, companies, events and activities which makes my daily work much easier to manage. Another thing I really appreciate is that I'm able to add custom fields to contacts, events and pipelines so the system can be adjusted to fit the way I actually work.
Cons
My biggest issue with the platform is how email integration works with pipeline deals. I've found it limiting that I can't link multiple contacts to the same email within a deal and that creates extra friction when I'm managing conversations involving more than one person. I'm also not happy with the call logging setup because calls have to be registered manually inside the app. From my experience, it would be much better if I could place a call directly from my phone and have it automatically associated with the right contact in the app.

“Kudos to their team”
Pros
As a new startup, I've found Zoho Bigin to be an excellent CRM for our needs. The platform feels very user-friendly and I really like how clean and visually appealing the interface is. Even when someone on my team isn't particularly technical, I can still see them getting comfortable with managing customer information without much trouble. Their team clearly put real thought into how this product should work and I feel they deserve a lot of praise for that. I'd definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints. After I compared it with several other CRM options, I kept coming back to this one because I liked the overall view it provides and the user-friendly interface. In my case, that combination is what convinced me to stick with Zoho Bigin.

“Ideal for starting out”
Pros
This has been a really useful tool for getting a new business off the ground the right way. I found it very user-friendly and it gives me a solid way to stay organized from the beginning. Looking back, I honestly wish I'd had something like this when I first started because it would have made a big difference in helping me manage and retain more customers.
Cons
What I didn't like was the lack of support during installation. As someone who was still pretty new to the CRM world, I felt like there wasn't much guidance available to help me get started. In my experience, it actually took us a couple of weeks to really figure out how to use the CRM properly.

“Best CRM out there”
Pros
From what I've seen, Bigin by Zoho CRM stands out as the best CRM software because it packs in a lot of valuable features like pipeline management, multichannel communication and customer management. What I really appreciate is that even with all those capabilities, I haven't noticed any lag at all and for me it runs seamlessly during daily use.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't found anything to dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM. In my experience, it comes with plenty of useful features along with a user-friendly interface so I personally don't see any obvious area where it needs improvement.

“Time saving ready-made templates”
Pros
What really stood out to me were the ready-made templates because they saved me a ton of time and cut down the effort I had to put into repetitive tasks. I also really liked the email integration and tracking since it helped me stay on top of all my client conversations much more efficiently. On top of that, I have to say the app's interface is easily the best-looking and most user-friendly UI I've come across in any Zoho product so far.
Cons
I found it disappointing that there's no calendar integration, not even with Zoho Calendar which feels like a missed opportunity. I also noticed there isn't proper lead activity tracking on the internet and for me that limits visibility into what leads are doing.

“Revolutionized my operations”
Pros
As a sales manager, I've been using Bigin by Zoho for a good while now and I can honestly say I'm behd happy with how it performs. For me, Bigin has completely changed the way I keep track of sales opportunities and stay on top of my recruiting pipeline.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have anything I dislike about Bigin.

“Extremely capable CRM”
Pros
It has been surprisingly capable for me. It's the only CRM I've actually been able to use in a way that produced real results because with every other system I ended up spending far more time on setup, customization and trying to figure everything out than on actually making sales. With this one, I've been able to track deals, automate follow-ups for leads and stay in touch with prospects without getting buried in unnecessary complexity. I found that it gives me everything I need while still letting me get started quickly and put it to work right away.
Cons
One area where I wish Bigin felt more polished is email tracking with prospects. When an email is sent inside Bigin versus through something like Zoho Mail, the communication history doesn't feel fully unified so I can't always see everything in one clean place. Because of that, I end up switching between different views depending on where the message was originally sent from. I'm glad the platform does capture the email interactions overall but to me the process still feels a bit disconnected and not as organized as I'd like.

“User-friendly all-in-one sales hub”
Pros
What I like most about Bigin is how user-friendly the interface feels from the start. I was able to get it up and running without much hassle and it lets my company handle sales order fulfillment and customer service in one central place. I also really appreciate the workflow features because they help me automate repetitive tasks and make the whole team work more efficiently.
Cons
Wouldl like to see a higher standard limit, ideally 50 email templates, 50 workflow rules, 3 conditions and 5 actions included by default. That said, I do appreciate that I at least have the option to purchase additional email templates and workflow rules when needed.

“Weak integrations”
Pros
Personally, I'm not a big fan of Bigin since I prefer Zoho's full-featured CRM but I can still say the interface is simple and user-friendly. As a small business owner, I'd be able to manage customer relationships without needing much technical knowledge or any real training which is definitely the main advantage I noticed.
Cons
What really stands out to me as the downside is the integration side of things. I ran into challenges when trying to organize my workflows, especially with lifecycle-based workflows and that made the overall experience feel more limited than I expected.

“Quickbooks integration and clean UI”
Pros
Its great how well it fit into our setup, especially because I was able to connect it with QuickBooks which we already use for accounting. From my experience, that integration made implementation much more practical for our team. I also really liked the interface since it felt tidy and user-friendly and I didn't have to spend a ton of time getting people comfortable with it. For us, adoption happened without much friction because I found the learning curve pretty manageable.
Cons
it still needs work is the mobile app. In my use, I noticed that the reporting features are more limited there than on the desktop version which can be frustrating when I need quick insights on the go. I also found that some of the data visualizations I rely on just aren't available in the mobile app yet so the overall experience on mobile feels less complete than what I get from desktop.

“Covers all bases”
Pros
I found Bigin by Zoho CRM very user-friendly and what stood out to me most was that the company module didn't feel limited to just sales-related work. That flexibility made it more useful across different parts of the business.
Cons
I reached out to a representative for help with setting up the dashboard. I was able to get assistance but I would have preferred if that part had been more simple to handle on my own.

“Pipeline features won me over”
Pros
Appreciate the Pipeline feature. For someone like me who is just getting started, it feels like a very solid option and I've also appreciated how consistently helpful and kind the support team has been whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
The main thing I'd still like to see is an option to set goals for each pipeline that gets created because then I could actually measure progress in a much clearer and more practical way.

“Most approachable CRM”
Pros
From my perspective, this has been one of the most approachable CRMs for anyone just getting started with CRM software. I've found the tools to be quite solid, the pricing feels reasonable for what's included and the features are user-friendly enough that I can use them without a steep learning curve.
Cons
One thing I really feel is missing, though, is built-in omnichannel messaging through apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and similar platforms. To me, that's something all CRMs should be offering by now and I think this expectation applies across the board.

“Professional support staff”
Pros
What I like most about Bigin by Zoho CRM is how convenient it feels in daily use, along with the helpful support team and the way I can connect it with Google Workspace without issues. Those features have made it much more convenient for me to manage my work and keep everything aligned in one place.
Cons
The only real downside I have noticed is that it does take me a bit of time to get fully comfortable with the wide range of features and functions it offers. With so much available, I needed some time to explore everything and understand how to use the platform to its full potential.
