Customizable according to your needs

Pros

My favorite thing about it is its user-friendly nature and the level of customization it offers. I barely needed more than a few hours to get familiar with it and after that, I was fully up and running. On top of that, the pricing feels very affordable, especially when I compare it with other tools in the same space.

Cons

At this point, I honestly have nothing negative to point out. It does exactly what I need it to do and I've been really satisfied with the overall experience. From my side, the interface looks well-designed and I'd personally recommend that others give it a shot because it feels worth trying.

Well-structured interface

Pros

The interface is well structured. I was able to get comfortable with it quickly and the features and functionality gave me what I needed to manage work without feeling limited. Another thing I really appreciate is the ability to create automations since that helps me save time and cut down on repetitive tasks. On top of that, having multiple pipelines available makes it much easier for me to organize different processes and keep everything structured.

Cons

There is a lack of simple integration with our website. I found that connecting it to our site was not very simple and that part could definitely be improved.

Doesn't take much effort to get used to

Pros

It was simple and very user-friendly. I only spent about a day looking into it and after that, I was already comfortable using it and getting things done without much effort.

Cons

At this point, I honestly can't think of any downsides. I've found it to be simple, effective and very convenient to use overall.

Solid integration and convenient layout

Pros

Its incredible easy simple and organized it feels in daily use. I can get around the platform without confusion and the layout makes it user-friendly for me to manage my work. On top of that, I've had a really positive experience with its integration with office tools and email which fits naturally into how I already work.

Cons

The main drawback is the limitation around pipelines which can feel restrictive depending on how I want to structure my process. I've also noticed that the 1 GB of space included in the Pro plan is not quite enough for my needs so that part could definitely be improved.

Can customize it

Pros

I've genuinely enjoyed being able to customize it to fit the way I work. The layout is user-friendly enough that I can get things done without wasting time figuring things out and the customization options give me the flexibility I want.

Cons

For the price, I think this is a really solid solution and I've found it delivers a lot of value. That said, if I needed something more advanced or broader in scope, I'd probably look into the full CRM version instead.

Sales funnel that keeps me organized

Pros

The sales funnel helps me stay on top of everything, especially when I need to assign leads to the right entities. I've also found it really useful for storing contact details along with business information in one place so I'm not jumping between different tools. When it comes to creating a new deal, the platform walks me through each step clearly which makes the whole process feel simple and well guided.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't run into any real downsides so far. From my experience, Zoho Bigin has been a solid tool and it's been working well for what I need.

Costs very little

Pros

I feel like it costs very little for everything it offers when I compare it to other tools in the same space. It's modular, simple to pick up, quite complete and it also comes with a variety of useful integrations that make it even more worthwhile.

Cons

From what I've noticed, a few card customization options still seem to be missing. That said, it hasn't been anything major for me and feels more like a personal preference than a real issue. Overall, I find the tool very effective for what it is designed to do.

Improved my sales process

Pros

What really pulled me in was the dashboard design because it made me want to keep coming back and use the platform more often. Once I got into it, I personally started closing more deals with Zoho CRM so it genuinely felt like it had a positive impact on my sales process.

Cons

At the beginning, I found it a bit tricky to fully understand and I had to spend quite a lot of time in the app before I felt comfortable with it. The initial learning curve was noticeable, even though it became more useful as I kept using it.

Well-designed CRM experience

Pros

I found this product genuinely helpful and it feels like a thoughtfully designed CRM. The UX is user-friendly and well organized which made it comfortable for me to work in without much friction.

Cons

Theres limited customization when setting task times. For my workflow, I would have liked a bit more flexibility and control in that area.

Justifies the investment

Pros

Interface feels simple to use and for the price I paid through the offer, I think it delivers really good value. From my experience, it doesn't feel complicated or overwhelming which makes working in it much more pleasant.

Cons

I noticed that most of the built-in integrations are mainly centered around other Zoho products. In my case, though, I was able to work around that limitation by connecting it with Zapier so the gap wasn't a dealbreaker for me.

Huge timesaver

Pros

I can send emails directly from the app which saves me time and keeps everything in one place. I also found the record import process very simple so getting my data into the system did not take much effort. On top of that, I can edit the dashboard without hassle and that lets me tailor the view to fit the way I actually work.

Cons

One thing that does not work as well for me is the record hierarchy since the Company sits at the top. In my line of work, I deal with several contacts who may be tied to the same company but actually operate as independent contractors so they are not really connected to that company in a meaningful way. Because of that, the structure feels limiting for how I need to organize those relationships.

Pros

Having my day-to-day account management activities kept in one place is nice. I can track my CRM work without jumping between different tools and that really helps me stay organized during the day.

Cons

Customizable dashboard

Pros

It was quite easy to get up and running and it includes the core CRM elements I actually needed, like clients, contacts, opportunities and a dashboard I could customize. What also stood out to me was the follow-up from both the customer support and sales teams which made me feel well taken care of throughout the process.

Cons

In my view, it works as an out-of-the-box CRM where I can modify fields and add workflows but the overall functionality still feels fairly limited. For me, it seems like a very good fit if I'm running a micro business or a very small company, though if I needed to scale my CRM or wanted more advanced features, I probably wouldn't see this as the best long-term choice.

I've found it to be a really good tool for building a more efficient work environment. The interface feels very user-friendly to me and it comes across as solid and responsive while I'm using it. Pros

I could get set up in no time and start using it right away. The onboarding felt very simple and I didn't have to spend a lot of time figuring things out before getting value from it.

Cons

I did notice that although the integrations inside the Zoho ecosystem work well for me, connecting it with outside services has been a frustrating part of using it. In my case, those third-party integrations could definitely be improved.

Just the right features

Pros

Custom branding that fits us

Pros

I know no platform is ever going to be perfect for every business but what I really appreciate here is how willing they've been to adapt the system to match my specific needs. On top of that, I've been able to get custom branding which makes the whole platform feel much more aligned with my business.

Cons

Because the platform comes with a lot of tools, I did feel like some parts could be explained in a simpler way at first. Once I got a better understanding of how everything works, though, I found myself really liking it and in my experience it's been a very solid cloud-based SaaS option for many kinds of businesses.
