Pros
What stood out to me right away was how user-friendly the interface feels. I was able to move around the platform comfortably and using it didn't feel confusing or overwhelming at all.
Cons
There are plenty of integrations available, like Zoho Books and others which is really helpful. That said, I've found that data import and export can take a bit of patience at times so I just had to be a little understanding with that process.

Pros
I found Bigin very simple to learn and get comfortable with. Users can adapt to it quickly and before long it just becomes part of the daily routine. I felt the overall usage was simple which made the onboarding process feel much more natural.
Cons
I did notice that the official IndiaMART add-on is not available in Bigin which was a drawback for me. I also feel there should be a reporting feature included for better analysis since that would make it more useful for tracking and reviewing performance.

Its easy to get the hang of. I was able to get comfortable with it quickly and the overall experience has been very user-friendly for me. On top of that, I've had an amazing experience with the customer support team because they've been responsive, helpful and genuinely supportive whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
modifying Bigin to match unique business requirements can feel a bit complicated. When I want to tailor it beyond the standard setup, the process seems less simple than I'd prefer so customization has taken more effort on my end.

I can use it without any headaches. I was also really pleased with how simple it was for me to migrate my data and keep everything updated without a lot of hassle.
Cons
There honestly isn't much for me to complain about. At the beginning, I found the dashboard setup a bit demanding and it took me some time to figure out how to configure it properly. Once I spent more time using it, though, I gradually understood how it worked and it became much more manageable.

Found it to be pretty easy to use. I've really enjoyed the interface because it looks polished and makes everything feel simple instead of overwhelming. From my experience, setting up and working with pipelines has been very user-friendly and I've been able to create and manage them without any hassle. Uploading contacts has also been quick and convenient for me which saves time. On top of that, I've found the integrations with popular platforms to be a really valuable bonus.
Cons
So far, I honestly haven't run into any major issues while using it. The only thing I'd still like to see is an integration with WhatsApp Business because I think that would make the platform even more useful for the way I work.

Pros
Our team has been really enjoying BIGIN's sales pipeline layout. I've found that it helps make our workflow more organized and efficient and it takes a lot of the hassle out of handling daily tasks. What stands out even more to me is how much more affordable it is compared to other options we looked at so I feel like we're getting strong value without sacrificing functionality.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more filtering options so I can better separate what each user is able to view and edit, even though it already offers more than a lot of competing tools. I also feel the task manager would be even more useful if it had a calendar-style layout with drag-and-drop scheduling for team members.

Pros
Feels very user-friendly. I don't have to dig through a bunch of flashy extras that look impressive at first but never actually get used. For me, it's a clean and simple pipeline yet it still does exactly what I need it to do effectively.
Cons
My biggest issue with Bigin has been the customer service call center. Although I've found the reps polite enough, I often struggle to understand them because of their strong accents. On top of that, they tend to repeat everything I say which feels like one of those frustrating call center habits that starts to wear on me pretty quickly.

it keeps the focus clearly on sales which makes it very practical for the way I work. I also appreciate how well it connects with the Zoho ecosystem because that integration makes it much more useful for managing everything in one place.
Cons
I can't reorder the pipelines themselves and only the stages inside each pipeline can be rearranged. For me, that does make pipeline management a bit less flexible than I'd like.

It automatically keeps my contacts organized based on specific criteria through the Zapier integration. I use several other business tools in my workflow so having it connect with those solutions and keep everything updated for me has been genuinely useful. Cons
At the same time, I do find parts of the interface a bit confusing and some sections feel unnecessary for the way I work. I personally wish there were more practical features that I could actually make use of, while some of the options that just add clutter were removed. I've found Bigin to be a really easy to use tool for setting up a CRM for a small business. What stands out to me is how simply I can add contacts, deals and the other details I need without feeling buried in complexity. The reporting screen has been especially useful because it gives me a clear snapshot of how the business is performing. More than anything, I like how reliably it keeps important information right at my fingertips whenever I need it. For my day-to-day use, the simple design and the quick way I can enter contact and deal information make the whole experience feel practical and efficient.
Cons
If I could change a few things, I'd want more flexibility to create additional custom fields for Contacts, Deals and Companies. From my perspective, the Deal screen could also be presented in a much clearer way since it is not always as easy to scan as I'd like. I'd also prefer a better system for filing notes so they are easier for me to find and review when I open a specific deal. On top of that, uploading or storing documents for an individual deal feels a bit clunky and takes more time than it should.

We started using Bigin by Zoho just last month and I've honestly found it to be a brilliant option, especially for startups or SMEs like us that operate on a smaller scale and don't want to invest heavily in larger platforms such as Zoho CRM. The platform is thoughtfully designed so I never feel overwhelmed while using it and I was able to get it set up and running without much trouble. What I really like is that it covers a lot of useful functions, from contact management and lead capture to building pipelines based on our specific process and even setting up workflow automations so certain tasks happen automatically. On top of that, I can connect it with Zoho Mail which helps me manage customer emails more conveniently and with Zoho Books as well so I'm able to send estimates and create invoices directly from Bigin itself.
Cons
At this stage, I personally haven't come across anything to dislike. Since I've only been using Bigin for a short time, I feel I'll have a clearer view of any drawbacks or limitations once I spend more time working with it.
