Gives visibility into sales process

Pros

The way the sales pipeline and tracking are laid out is fantastic. I can keep an eye on every activity in one place which helps me stay organized and not miss important follow-ups. As someone who values visibility in the sales process, I find Bigin especially useful for startups and I'd definitely recommend it to others looking for a practical CRM.

Cons

Automation features can be improved. Lead automation is still needed and adding stronger automation capabilities would make the platform even more competitive. I feel that with that improvement in place, Bigin could stand out against almost any other software in the market.

useful for managing sales..

Pros

I find it very simple to use and it has been really useful for managing and keeping track of the sales workflow. It helps me stay organized and gives me better control over the process.

Cons

The integrations are not completely in the hands of admin users. I would prefer having more control and flexibility over those integration settings.

simple to move about

Pros

The interface feels very user-friendly so I don't find users getting lost while working in it. I've also heard repeatedly that it looks polished and visually appealing and for me the platform responds quickly which makes day-to-day use feel pleasant.

Cons

There are only five entities available so I do feel some limits compared with the full Zoho CRM. I also miss having connectors for BI because without them my reporting and analytics options feel more restricted.

My go-to solution !

Pros

Bigin is the go-to option when I want a CRM that feels hassle-free, simple to use and ready to deploy without a lot of setup headaches. I like that I can get started quickly and begin managing customer relationships without dealing with unnecessary complexity.

Cons

One thing I've noticed though, is that the reporting feature feels a bit limited because I'm not able to export reports in PDF or Excel format which would make sharing and working with the data much more convenient.

Handles leads well

Pros

Handling and closing leads with it has felt very simple and I see it as a smart tool that offers some of the best value available in the market. I've genuinely found it useful for staying on top of my lead flow without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

It would be even more effective if a dashboard were added since that could make tracking everything at a glance much more efficient for me.

helps automate processes..

Pros

It feels like a compact yet very complete CRM for day-to-day client management. I find it very simple to use and from my experience it works especially well for startups, small businesses and even independent professionals who need to stay organized. I can also automate processes which helps me improve client follow-up and build better relationships without adding extra manual work.

Cons

If I had never used a CRM before, trying this one for the first time might leave me wanting a bit more at the beginning. I feel like I need to understand the core idea behind this CRM first and then grow into the broader version as my needs expand. One thing I personally miss is the ability to not only view client finances but also record payments directly in the system. I would also prefer LinkedIn integration instead of Twitter since that would be more useful for the way I manage professional relationships.

Easy to roll out

Pros

I found it really simple to set up and getting it rolled out across my team didn't take much effort at all. The set up process felt manageable which made adoption a lot faster for everyone involved.

Cons

I did come across plenty of helpful online resources covering the general features and that part was useful. That said when I needed more specific support, it was harder to get the kind of help I was looking for. In my area, only email support is offered and with no direct phone support plus very limited service hours, I felt a bit restricted when urgent questions came up.

Simple to work with

Pros

It's very simple to work with and for me it has been a really practical tool in day-to-day use.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues at all. Everything is working as expected right now. It's possible that with more time and experience I'll have more to compare or evaluate but at this moment I honestly feel everything is in good shape.

Offers Zapier integration

Pros

You can customize it according to your needs. I can adjust it to match the way I work instead of forcing my workflow into a rigid system. The API support and Zapier integration have also been really valuable for me since they let me connect it with other tools I already use. On top of that, I appreciate that the workflow can be automated which helps me save time and cut down on repetitive manual tasks.

Cons

The main thing I felt was missing was more advanced automation. While the current workflow automation is useful for what I need most of the time, I personally would have liked to see more complex automation options available.

Pros

Awesome dashboard

Pros

The interface is simple and the user experience is excellent which made it very comfortable for me to use from the start.

Cons

Better dashboard availability is needed in some areas, along with workflow functionality. I feel that adding stronger workflow support and improving how the dashboard is handled across the app would make the overall product even better.

simple to use with great control over permissions & access

Pros

Its simple to use while still giving me a lot of control. I can manage exactly what my employees are allowed to do and what they should not have access to which has been really valuable for our team. From my experience it strikes a nice balance between being user-friendly and still offering the permissions and oversight I need.

Cons

Honestly I do not have much to complain. In our case, nothing significant has come up that I would point to as a drawback so there is really not much for me to say on the negative side.

easy to figure out

Pros

Simple to customize and because the learning curve isn't steep, I was able to get it up and running pretty fast. In my experience that meant I could put together a functional sales process without spending a lot of time figuring everything out.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with WhatsApp and it also lacks geolocation features like the ones available in Zoho CRM. For me that creates a gap when it comes to managing customer conversations and tracking location-related information.

Pros

Built for sales teams

Pros

It is laid out well and built with sales teams in mind. I found the interface very simple to follow and it helped me get comfortable with the system quickly. The overall design feels focused on day-to-day sales work which makes managing tasks and customer information much more practical.

Cons

Basic package comes with a few limitations. I ran into restrictions on how many records can be uploaded into the database and I also found the options for personalized fields somewhat limited. In my case, those constraints can be a bit frustrating when trying to adapt the system to more specific business needs.

Love the kanban view !

Pros

Love the Kanban view along with the ability to work across multiple pipelines. I can track deals more visually and from my experience that setup makes it much easier for me to stay organized and keep an eye on progress at every stage.

Cons

There's no calendar view which I would personally find useful. I also don't love that meeting invites show Bigin branding everywhere, including on the customer side because for me that makes the experience feel less customized.

I enjoyed using it

Pros

I've really enjoyed using this app because it feels convenient and pleasantly simple in day-to-day work. What stood out to me most is how easy everything is and I personally loved the overall simplicity of the experience.

Cons

What I did notice though is that access for smaller businesses feels a bit limited especially when it comes to user restrictions and a few other related limitations.

Valuable capabilities!!

Pros

It includes a lot of capabilities that usually cost much more in other CRM tools. I've been able to use custom fields, manage customer activity in a complete way and take advantage of features like Signs which adds even more value for me.

Cons

The main thing that could be improved is the integration with Google Workspace. I'd personally like to see that connection work better and feel a bit more complete.

Quick to get started

Pros

I can jump right in without a steep learning curve. The interface feels very user-friendly and from my experience, it doesn't take much time to get comfortable with the features. On top of that, I find it quite inexpensive which makes it an appealing option for anyone who wants a capable CRM without spending too much.

Cons

it doesn't include a built-in dialer. That said since I'm looking at the free version, I honestly wouldn't really expect that feature to be included anyway so it hasn't been a major issue for me.
