“No drawbacks...”
Pros
What I like most is how smooth and user-friendly the app feels while I'm using it. I've been able to customize it to fit the way I work and that has made the overall experience feel much more personal and practical for my needs.
Cons
So far I really haven't come across anything I can honestly call a downside. At this point, there's nothing that stands out to me as something not good about the software.

“Accessible option for smaller businesses”
Pros
Bigin has been a budget-friendly option for small and medium-sized businesses and I really appreciate how accessible it feels without compromising value.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I genuinely dislike about it and at this point I don't have any real complaints to mention.

“useful help videos”
Pros
It was quick for me to get started and actually use it without any confusion. The whole platform feels very easy to use so I didn't have to spend a lot of time figuring things out. I was also able to customize the workflow to match my business process quite comfortably. Another thing I really appreciated was the help videos provided along the way. I found them short, clear and genuinely useful whenever I needed guidance at any step.
Cons
I can apply only a single filter at a time when working with leads, deals and similar records which can feel restrictive. In my case, the Facebook Ads integration also isn't built in directly and needs third-party tools like Zapier so the overall cost ends up increasing quite a bit. On top of that, I also felt the absence of WhatsApp Business integration which would have made the platform more complete for my needs.

“Approachable for beginners”
Pros
As someone just getting started, I found it to be the right choice. It feels simple to handle and I was able to understand how everything works without much effort. It's very approachable for beginners and does a solid job of covering the basics in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming.
Cons
While it meets all my current requirements, I do feel the integration options should be expanded. In my case, the core features are there but I'd still like to see a wider range of connections with other tools.

“allows me to personalize it”
Pros
It efficiently handles some of the more complex parts of forecasting and turns them into something much more practical to work with. I could personalize the application in a lot of different ways which made it feel adaptable instead of rigid. The way the data flows through the platform also stood out to me and I really appreciated that the fields can be customized to match how I want to use the system.
Cons
The pricing should be tailored more to the kind of market this platform is meant to serve. From my perspective, it is not priced that much lower than other tools aimed at small to mid-sized businesses. I would have liked to see a more customized pricing structure that better reflects the needs and budgets of those users.

“Deal tracking that keeps me on top”
Pros
it helps me organize my deals through a timeline so I can instantly see the progress I'm making with each customer and prospect. I also use it as a helpful assistant because it lets me keep track of emails, calls and the full history of activities tied to every contact. On top of that, I'm reminded of the tasks and follow-ups I have scheduled for the day which helps me stay consistent and handle customer follow-up the right way.
Cons
One thing I felt was missing at the beginning was proper getting-started guidance because when I first began using it, there were no tutorials that really showed me how to take advantage of all the tools this CRM offers. Because of that, my learning process took longer than it should have and it delayed how quickly my team and I were able to get full value from the platform for our business.

“Positive initial experience”
Pros
Very simple to use and learn. I was able to get it implemented without much hassle and that made the initial experience very positive for me. The simple nature of the CRM is what really stands out.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any major issues while using it. That said I would personally like to see a lead scoring feature added in the future because I think that would make the platform even more useful.

“Not complicated like other options”
Pros
I'm genuinely loving Zoho Bigin. When I was trying to find something to help manage the sales team in our small business, most of the other options felt overly complicated and not really built for an SME like ours. What stood out to me with Bigin is that it feels simple to use, quick to get set up and it already includes the features I actually need to keep the team organized.
Cons
I couldn't edit the last name field in contacts section. I've also noticed a few other areas where certain fields are required and personally I'd like more flexibility there. I wish they would allow users to edit those fields more freely instead of making them mandatory every time.

“Good experience of 1 year”
Pros
For more than a year, I've been using Zoho Bigin and my experience with it has been very positive. I find it simple to work with on a daily basis. While it doesn't come with the more advanced capabilities that Zoho CRM offers, I feel it works really well for small and medium-sized businesses. In my case, I appreciate that it covers the essentials without the higher cost which makes it a much more budget-friendly option than Zoho CRM.
Cons
The overall visual design could be improved because the color scheme feels quite dull to me. I also think the fonts could be improved to make the interface look more polished. From my perspective, the design as a whole could use an update. I'd also like to see a few basic functions added such as the ability to restrict users from editing custom views and the option to delete fields even when those fields are being used inside custom views.

“Has all essential features”
Pros
I appreciate the well-organized and efficient interface. The core features I would expect from this kind of tool are all included so it covers the essentials well for my needs.
Cons
I wish it had a direct integration with Zoho Booking. I would definitely appreciate that connection being built in since it would make the overall workflow more convenient for me.

“Worthwhile option”
Pros
Love the deal pipeline management feature because it works really well and makes tracking opportunities feel much more organized. I also find the workflow automation tools incredibly useful and they add a lot of value to my day-to-day work. At this price point, I honestly feel Zoho has included an impressive set of features in Bigin CRM and that makes it a very worthwhile option for me.
Cons
I honestly do not have any major complaints about Bigin CRM. It has been very satisfying overall. If anything, I just feel it would be even better if their pricing plans included the option to create a few more pipelines because that would have made the product even more impressive for my needs.

“Light learning curve”
Pros
I was able to get it up and running without much effort which made the whole onboarding experience feel very easy. From my perspective, the learning curve is quite light so I didn't need any technical background to start using it confidently. What I also liked was that the features felt simple instead of overwhelming and I found plenty of helpful YouTube videos that made it even easier for me to understand how everything works.
Cons
I do feel the UI could use some refinement because, at times, the overall usability doesn't feel as polished as it could be. Adding a few more features that are already present in Zoho CRM would make Bigin a much stronger and more convincing choice for users like me who may eventually compare both products.

“Features at a reasonable cost”
Pros
I've spent a lot of time setting up and working with Zoho CRM across different businesses so I know how capable it is. That said all of those features can sometimes feel overwhelming for a sales team that just wants to get moving. In my experience Zoho Bigin is a really solid fit for teams that want something user-friendly while still getting plenty of useful CRM features.
Cons
From my time using Zoho CRM, one thing I really appreciated was the ability to build custom modules. That's the main thing I feel is missing in Bigin right now since custom modules aren't supported yet. I'd personally love to see that added in the future because it would make the product even more flexible.

“Helps me deliver services on time”
Pros
Pipelines and stages help me stay on top of work and deliver services on time. I'm able to track progress clearly and that makes day-to-day management feel much more organized. Another thing I like is that it gives me a broad view of business activity, starting from customer interactions all the way through to project management so I can keep everything connected in one place.
Cons
There isn't a separate Leads tab since both leads and customers have to be added under the same customer section. For me that could have been a little more structured at first. Still, I don't see it as a major issue because I can customize the customer category to separate them in a way that works for my process.

“Modern and offers good value”
Pros
I like the affordable pricing, the attractive UI/UX and the overall potential I see in the platform. It feels like a promising CRM that offers good value without looking outdated or clunky.
Cons
At the same time, I find Zoho as a whole a little confusing and overwhelming to use. In my case, getting used to the broader Zoho environment took some effort and that made the experience feel less simple than I expected.

“Organized workflows I truly value”
Pros
Using Bigin, I've been able to organize and simplify the processes in my company much better than before. It has genuinely helped me keep things more structured and I've noticed that my daily workflow feels a lot more manageable because of it.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints about my experience so far. If I had to point out one thing that feels missing for me, it would be a direct integration with LinkedIn since that would make the platform even more useful in my day-to-day work.

“Appreciate not being bombarded with emails”
Pros
I found it really simple to get started with Bigin CRM and one thing I genuinely appreciated was not being bombarded with a ton of onboarding emails right away. That made the whole introduction feel much more pleasant and user-friendly for me.
Cons
A few built-in workflow examples included by default would be nice because I haven't had the chance to really dig into that part yet. Having some ready-made samples would help me understand and use those features faster.

“Mobile-friendly”
Pros
The interface is laid out clearly and logically and it helps me understand my sales process. The CRM feels very user-friendly to me and the mobile app makes a big difference because I can access it from practically anywhere. I've been able to keep my whole sales system organized without feeling overwhelmed which is something I really appreciate. Personally, I've really enjoyed using the app and it has been one of my favorite parts of the platform.
Cons
At this point, I still haven't explored every feature the system offers so I know I'm not using it to its full potential yet. That said everything I have used so far has worked reliably for me and I honestly haven't run into any major issues. One thing I do think could be improved is the process for deleting records because a faster option for removing registrations would make the system even more convenient from my perspective.

“Helpful email tracking features”
Pros
I found Bigin fairly simple to get started with and the setup didn't take much effort on my end. What I've especially liked is that it lets me track email opens which helps me see when contacts are engaging.

“Patient and friendly team”
Pros
I use this CRM to keep track of both my clients and the team handling client projects and it has worked really well for that. What stands out to me most is how user-friendly the platform feels so I was able to get comfortable with it without much effort. I also like the integrations because they let me attach important documents to each project and automatically bring new contacts into my Bigin CRM which saves me time and keeps things organized. Whenever I've had questions, I've found Zoho's team to be responsive and genuinely helpful and that has made my overall experience even better.
Cons
I'd like to see a longer trial period because 14 days feels a bit short for fully testing everything the platform can do.
