Simply perfect!!

Pros

An amazing tool

Pros

This is an amazing tool as we get a lot of useful features for the best price.

Cons

Offers purpose-built and easy menus

Pros

It is practical, lets us create multiple pipelines and the reminder system works great for us. Overall everything is purpose-built with easy to navigate menus.

Helps me keep track of clients and sales

Pros

I like how Bigin helps me keep track of my clients, their companies and related sales. I also value being able to add custom fields and tags to organize information my way.

Cons

Well I do not like that I cannot remove certain fields from specific views.

very easy to use sales pipeline

Pros

there is a lot to like but I find Zoho's drag and drop sales pipeline very easy to use.

Cons

it does not have a built-in connection for Facebook Ads and that is the only flaw I noticed.

Scalable and modular crm

Pros

I really liked the CRM's modular setup which lets us add different components as our business grows. Since we do not need a full-scale CRM yet, we can begin with Bigin and expand later.

Cons

The sales demo we had was pretty confusing and our representative could not answer many of our key questions. It seemed like it could handle our needs but we had to figure most things out on our own.

Simple to use for small businesses

Pros

It is simple to set up and use making it perfect for small and medium businesses. I use it personally and often suggest it to others as a great starting point. The app is excellent and the automations are simple too.

Cons

Bringing new leads into the system is a bit of a chore as we have to use three separate files for companies, contacts and leads.

Good for organizing leads and deals effectively

Pros

Bringing leads into the CRM was mostly simple, with just a couple of minor issues. Overall it helped me organize my leads and deals much more effectively.

Cons

Figuring out the correct way to upload leads was not as simple as I hoped. I had to adjust the import file a few times to make it work. It would help if the system gave more specific error messages when an import fails.

It has a simple and user friendly interface, affordable pricing and pipelines we can customize.

Cons

Bigin offers less customization for fields, workflows and reports compared to full-scale CRMs. It works well with other Zoho apps but I noticed connections to outside tools are limited.

simple pipeline system for realtors

Pros

The pipeline system is very simple to set up. As a realtor I love that I can create separate pipelines for different deal types which helps me concentrate on the most important ones.

Cons

I do not really have any complaints. Setting up WhatsApp was a little tricky but it works perfectly once it is configured.
