“Efficient CRM tool without unnecessary burden
Pros
A major advantage of Bigin is its ability to foster team collaboration. Every team member can immediately see who is in contact with whom and the current status of the acquisition process. Bigin has an interface designed for speed and efficiency. Although there's always a bit of a learning curve with new tools, Bigin makes me productive quickly, making it accessible to both tech-savvy CRM system users and newbies.
Cons
I find Bigin's reporting and analytics tools provide basic data analysis capabilities but could be further developed for companies needing more comprehensive analysis. Bigin features a leaner set of features, which means the customization options are a bit more limited compared to other CRM tools.

Pros
The system's simplicity, speed, and intuitive layout have made it incredibly user-friendly for me. Also, once I figured out how to configure the notifications, they proved to be a valuable feature, keeping me updated and informed in real-time.
Cons
There's a problem with mass email, but I have been informed of a workaround/alternative function.

Pros
Gmail plugin and mobile app were essential features while looking for a CRM. Bigin has both. I also like the simple interface, making it easier to use.
Cons
I wish it had robust features within Gmail so I don't have to switch between the app and Gmail.

“I really want to love it.
Pros
There is so much I love about this app. It's pretty simple to use, has a lot of great features, probably everything I need, to be honest. After they work out the bugs, I think it will be pretty great.
Cons
There are bugs, and some things don't even work, including important features. I've reported enough issues to feel like a beta tester. Although it reveals something about their development team, I'm still hopeful they'll eventually get it right because they do try hard. It's obvious they invest a lot of time and money into their support team, but as hard as they try, they really need to train them better. Sometimes I end up finding answers myself and then training them. They also need a team in the U.S., as it is very difficult to understand the thick Indian accent on the phone.

I utilize Bigin by Zoho CRM to meticulously monitor and manage our leads on prospective clients and sales. This comprehensive system ensures that our entire organization maintains a clear and up-to-date understanding of who has interacted with each client, the details of those interactions, and the current status of their engagement with our services. Its simplicity is its best asset and the biggest downside, I'd say.
Cons
One of the biggest problems I've seen so far is the implementation of phone calls, which are not easily tracked if you don't use their platform to make the call. The customer support is reactive so far, but the lack of different languages can be a downside compared to the competitors on the market. Some advanced features for integration are missing, but that is to be expected from a product aimed at small teams.
