We've tried others but Bigin by far best for us

I thought LACRM might be the one since I wanted something simple, easy to use, yet customizable enough while not breaking the bank. Honestly, nothing ticks as many boxes as Bigin; it just nails it.

With Bigin CRM, it was so simple and intuitive for me, and I even managed to create a web form to embed on my landing page on the first try. Overall, Bigin is very intuitive with a clean UI, and it's fast too. Highly recommended!

The call and task tracking are very useful, and the recent feature where a popup appears in caller ID if the contact is saved on the CRM really helps.

Cons
