“Great software but a little unreliable”
Pros
The software offers a variety of features and it appears to be highly customizable allowing administrators to tailor it to their specific needs.
Cons
The software can be unreliable at times especially with slow internet. The functionality of webpages seems to disappear when a tab is kept open for too long. It often requires frequent refreshing creating a sense that something is wrong.

“I totally loved working with bitrix!”
Pros
Although it's been a while I distinctly recall my admiration for the system's personalization options. It allowed us to easily assign tasks across the team and keep track of both challenges and successes.
Cons
Occasionally the server experienced issues which could be slightly bothersome but was infrequent.

“Bitrix Review”
Pros
What I appreciate about it is its simplicity as a CRM along with the capability to track meetings linked to individual profiles.
Cons
There are several changes that I believe would greatly improve Bitrix34. Firstly it should allow for meetings to be logged with multiple employees as the current limitation only permits one. Similarly the ability to log meetings with multiple contacts or companies would enhance flexibility. Secondly the software would benefit from better data visualization options to improve the understanding and interpretation of information. Lastly streamlining the process of tracking meetings to make it easier and quicker would be highly advantageous. Implementing these changes would significantly enhance the functionality and usability of Bitrix34.

“Great options for free version but hard to use”
Pros
The free version offers numerous modules and the interface is visually pleasing. Customizing fields is a straightforward process.
Cons
When I initially explored Bitrix34 as a free CRM option for a local nonprofit I discovered that it offered all the features I needed. However I found it extremely challenging to use and not very user-friendly especially compared to other CRM platforms I've used in my professional life. Uploading additional information was particularly difficult as it only allowed ASCII uploads requiring extensive data manipulation and consuming a significant amount of time. Despite its potential Bitrix34 proved to be a cumbersome tool that didn't meet my expectations for ease of use and efficiency.

“Couldn't even make it in the app”
Pros
The app's concept appears promising and it seems like it could fulfill a specific business need for us.
Cons
I faced significant difficulties while trying to access the app. Every time I attempted to log in I was prompted to enter my email address even though I hadn't created an account yet. The app was zoomed in on the email screen preventing me from zooming out to access other login options like Google or Facebook. If I made a mistake and clicked "Next" I could progress to the next screen and then go back to see the social login options. However selecting my account through social login would simply redirect me back to the main screen without any clear error messages or indications of success or failure. Despite multiple attempts I was unable to successfully access the app and was left frustrated with the experience.

“Bitrix Universe is expanding!”
Pros
I was searching for a cloud-based CRM for one of the smaller companies I manage and Bitrix34 perfectly fits the bill. It not only offers the functionalities of a full-featured CRM but also goes beyond that. With the introduction of Sites and an Online store they are even targeting eCommerce companies potentially surpassing other well-known CRMs in the market.
Cons
The most challenging aspect of Bitrix34 is the overwhelming number of features it offers. The user interface is text-heavy and lacks a modern design which makes it difficult to navigate and understand. It would greatly benefit from a revamped user interface that prioritizes simplicity and usability. A more intuitive and streamlined experience would greatly improve the overall user experience with Bitrix34.

Pros
It has everything we need to carry out projects according to our preferences. The freedom it provides is highly valued and it seamlessly adapts to our team's workflow.

Bitrix34 has some integration issues with certain integrations not working properly and others being absent. It would be great if you expand the integration options. Another drawback is the inability to perform complex transactions within the software.
