“Coordinates the whole team well”
Pros
Day to day I rely on it to stay aligned with coworkers on projects and having unlimited company communication channels all in one place makes collaboration really convenient.
Cons
Even as a new user I still have not run into a single issue or even a minor bug while using it.

“Sales insights boost teamwork greatly”
Pros
Tracking how successful our sales are has become much more manageable with this software and it's also really helpful for running projects that depend on communication and team collaboration.
Cons
I honestly have not run into any real drawbacks since it helps my teammates and me collaborate without friction and the fact that it's free makes it even better.

“CRM and automation work powerfully”
Pros
Bitrix24 brings together automation, CRM, email marketing campaigns, project management, task organization, customization options, time savings and a lot more in one place.
Cons
At times it takes a while to open files attached to tasks and there are still some limitations when it comes to building a blog with a more user friendly UX/UI based on what the system currently offers.

“Very useful for smaller teams”
Pros
The tool comes with a lot of benefits overall and the few things I mentioned as drawbacks are really just small issues I've run into along the way.
Cons
The first paid plan includes very few users and for a small company like ours it's really hard to move up to a more expensive plan. There are also no workgroups and it doesn't allow billing for services separately.

“Loaded with features but costly”
Pros
It definitely comes loaded with features, pretty much everything you'd expect a CRM to offer is there.
Cons
Its pricing and support are where it really falls short. It gets very expensive if you actually want to make full use of all the features and even dealing with a simple issue can turn into a frustrating experience when you need help from support. The design could also use some improvement.

“Great integrations, rigid plan options”
Pros
Open Channels, the messaging integrations with most social media platforms and the website builder are definitely useful.
Cons
The thing that really bothers me is having to pay for plans packed with features that do not fit my business at all. A lot of what is included simply does not apply to how I operate so it would be much better if plans could be tailored so I only pay for the tools I actually need and use. Right now, it feels like part of the money goes to features I do not want or need. I also wish the Forms were more flexible and customizable, more in line with CognitoForms which I currently rely on for customer orders. At the moment its Forms just do not offer that same level of versatility and CognitoForms is clearly better in that area.

“Flexible tools with strong API”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility here and it adapts well to different needs. It also comes with plenty of tools, plus a reliable API directory that makes integrations more capable.
Cons
One thing it's still missing is support for automated campaigns with multiple steps.

“Useful tools require some learning”
Pros
Coming into Bitrix24 as my first CRM, I ended up having a positive experience with it over the year I used it. As a management tool, it helped simplify a lot of processes which I appreciated. The Drive feature was also useful, both at the company level and for personal file storage. Bitrix24 includes a wide range of options although it can feel a bit complex at times. The chat feature was another strong point since it lets you create group chats or meeting chats and keep them confidential when needed. I also thought the ability to restrict access for B- and A-level employees was helpful for day to day operations. On top of that the task management tools were valuable especially the deadlines, attendee and observer functions. Unfortunately, the company I worked for didn't really make full use of many of the CRM's features, such as the sales pipelines and documentation tools so we probably could have gotten much more out of it. Still, as a beginner using a CRM for the first time, I liked it overall.
Cons
From a C-level user perspective, I worked with all the features our company had access to and the sheer number of buttons and confirmation steps often felt excessive. Having to click save at what seemed like every turn was something I really didn't enjoy.

“Features I count on daily”
Pros
Having so many built-in features in one place saves me a lot of time because I don't have to keep connecting different external apps. The instant messaging and live chat tools are the features I use the most and enjoy the most.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about it since it covers all the functions and capabilities I need.

“Great features, terms worry me”
Pros
The tool comes with a lot of useful functionality across different areas, offers a very broad set of tools and makes collaborative work much easier.
Cons
The pricing has gone up in a pretty abusive way and they've removed options unilaterally, even from the most expensive plans. They promise one thing at the beginning but it can all change whenever they decide. The contract feels one-sided and unreliable for customers and they practically keep all your information locked in, with no real option to move it elsewhere or even back it up regularly.

“Setup adapts, support stays helpful”
Pros
It's quite customizable and getting things set up is fairly manageable especially with the help of the support notes and the Bitrix chat support team.
Cons

“Manages every business aspect well”
Pros
Everything I need to run my business is built into one fully integrated system. It also integrates pretty easily with the other tools I already use which makes the whole setup much more convenient.
Cons
There's still some room for it to improve those last-mile details. A few features feel a bit disconnected from the rest of the platform and while OpenSlot works as a decent Calendly alternative, it doesn't give me the email address of the third party booking a meeting with me for example.

“Flexible modules, core tools lag”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility in the platform and being able to add your own functions across many modules is a big advantage.
Cons
At the same time some of the most basic features that are essential for daily work feel underdeveloped. Holiday requests don't calculate the remaining vacation days, the chat doesn't let you change your status to something like home office the way Slack does, tasks have no autosave and the mail client feels very unfinished.

“Tools adapt, support responds well”
Pros
Right away Bitrix24 felt practical to use thanks to its friendly interface and quick learning curve. One of the biggest advantages is the helpful and responsive customer support team and I also appreciate how customizable it is for different business needs. The automated invoicing saves time and the whiteboarding and brainstorming tools are especially strong for idea generation, particularly in the advanced version.
Cons
A downside is that the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans and I've also run into occasional performance issues when working with more complex boards.

“On-premise setup stays nicely flexible”
Pros
Having the on-premise version available, along with the ability to customize it, is a big advantage.
