“Promising hub for growing teams”
Pros
We first rolled it out in our marketing agency business unit and the plan is to gradually extend it across our other business units as well.
Cons
I'd still love to see broader integration options with other platforms like Apollo, along with more connections for marketing, sales and data tools.

“Control center for everything here”
Pros
Running the whole company feels much more organized because I can oversee everything from one screen, including different departments and multiple tasks at once.
Cons
Everything is well arranged and it even keeps us updated on new technology, like the integration of artificial intelligence into the CRM system.

“Sales powerhouse for any team”
Pros
Bitrix24 gives you what looks like endless possibilities for sales management. It brings everything together in one place such as CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp, ERP integration, process automation, document drive, website tools, e-commerce and a marketplace packed with apps. Their support is excellent and having it available in Portuguese now makes a big difference. On top of that the knowledge base helps you solve about 90% of what you need on your own.
Cons
It would be better if the Workflow Designer were already included in the Standard license. Right now, it's only available from the Professional plan and up.

“Free plan comes fully loaded”
Pros
The free plan comes with a lot of features which makes it really useful. The only thing missing is the option to set access restrictions.
Cons
Lately the app sync has been failing quite a bit over the past few months. I keep having to clear the cache just to force it to sync again.

“Features actually deliver what's needed”
Pros
Having such a wide range of features gathered in one platform is the part I appreciate most. The automated project time tracking is a big help and saves me time around the clock.
Cons
It has hardly caused me any issues when I use it for messaging and project management.

“Loaded with really useful features”
Pros
If you're looking for a CRM, it's definitely worth spending some time exploring and comparing with other options. I personally prefer it over HubSpot. On top of the CRM side, it also includes task management, a website builder, work time tracking and plenty of other tools.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is their marketing claim that it replaces all your current SaaS solutions. That looks like too much of a blanket statement since they have no idea which SaaS products someone is already using. It could probably replace several of them but saying it can replace all of them seems unrealistic.

“Good value and easy using”
Pros
Price was the first thing that caught my attention with Bitrix24 and for many users it feels worth paying for. I wouldn't exactly call it budget-friendly but it is very user friendly which makes up for a lot. The free trial is also a nice touch because you can test it out first and honestly there's a good chance you'll end up liking it. On top of that it includes several features that are genuinely useful for almost any business.
Cons
Well the issue I noticed is that the system can be slow at times and occasionally runs into bugs although those problems were fixed pretty quickly. Customer service has also been very responsive whenever I needed help which I appreciated. The one thing I'd still really like to see improved is the mobile functionality because better mobile features would make the software much more enjoyable to use.

“Kanban view keeps teams aligned”
Pros
Working alongside another administrator on alternating days, the Kanban boards make it really clear to see what each of us has completed and how specific projects are moving along. The layout is very visual and I especially appreciate that every project shows a short overview plus a number right on the main Kanban screen. That makes it quick to spot whether anything has changed or if there's been activity on a project just by noticing the number update. It's genuinely very useful for teams that are collaborating closely.
Cons
It did take a bit of trial and error at first to get everything set up the way we wanted but the support was good, there was plenty of guidance available and we've now got it working well for us.

“Tools I actually enjoy using”
Pros
Bitrix24 packs in a wide range of features and integrates well with other tools which makes it a central place for pretty much everything we handle at work.
Cons
Because it includes so many features, a few of them do not perform as well as we would like. It can also feel slow at times and comes with quite a few bugs although that may be related to how many users we have on it.

“Versatile tools cover every need”
Pros
It handles a wide range of needs in one place which is a big plus. It supports online meeting booking and scheduling, includes an employee intranet portal with mass messaging and also offers online P/TM features. On top of that it helps with OKR and KPI tracking, gives project completion time estimates and comes with online proofing and digital marketing tools.
Cons

“Feature-heavy but training takes time”
Pros
Bitrix24 comes packed with a wide range of features which is what initially made us consider it after a client brought it to our attention. That said, when we got into the integration side, the process turned out to be frustrating because the system had quite a few bugs.
Cons
Although the platform is fairly user friendly overall the design still made day to day use harder for our client's employees than expected. In the end, we had to bring in its specialist to provide ongoing training so the team could keep working with it properly.

“CRM delivers on its promises”
Pros
Bitrix24 is a recent discovery for us and honestly it has been one of the best tools we've come across in a while. What really caught our attention was how comprehensive it is, offering an all in one solution that genuinely makes our workflow easier to manage. The built-in CRM is good and keeps all customer information organized and within reach which is essential for staying efficient. On top of that its automation features have helped my team save a lot of time on repetitive daily tasks.
Cons
Since we only started using it recently, there's nothing I can really complain about at this point.

“Team hub that everyone appreciates”
Pros
Having everything in a single system is the biggest win for me. Instead of juggling three different tools for accounting, CRM and task management, this one platform covers it all which makes daily work much more convenient.
Cons
After spending plenty of time using it and really putting its performance to the test, it has been reliable the whole way through. I honestly don't have any complaints.

“Too many fields, confusing layout”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of features and can be customized to fit the needs of the company.
Cons
There are so many fields that when handling a high volume of clients, entering information one detail at a time becomes difficult. It also allows advisors to take clients from one another and people who are not comfortable with technology would have a hard time adapting because the system is not user friendly.
