Pros
What I love most is the composable platform that lets me customize and integrate with other applications and data sources easily. The intelligent CRM tools, customer engagement features and data analytics really help boost our sales, service and marketing preformance. Having access to expert mentors, training resources, customers, partners and investors through both online and offline platforms has been invaluable for our growth. Its also great how it supports our digital transformation efforts making us more efficient and productive. Plus the accurate real time offers that show up directly in customer accounts are a nice touch. I really like this one!
Cons
Its a bit complicated at the beginning and you really need to know what youre doing to get the most out of all the features. The cost can be a real barrier for smaller businesses. Ive also run into some frustrating compatibility problems when trying to integrate it with our other systems and software.
