Pros
What I like about this tool is how it helps manage customers, projects and resources all in one place. I can adjust it to fit business needs, access it online from anywhere and use it easily even without technical skills.
Cons
Using this tool I've noticed that some features require a lot of training which can be tough for smaller businesses with limited resources. On top of that not all software integrations are supported and the mobile experience feels pretty limited for teams on the go.
