Pros
The platform offers a wide selection of tools that are easy and simple to use. Their customer support and turnaround time rank among the quickest and most effective I've encountered. Also, being able to plug forms and landing pages into our wider marketing mix has been incredibly helpful.
Cons
When I first started using a tool like this it took a little while to become familiar with the full suite of features although I picked it up quicker than I expected. Building email templates can feel somewhat restrictive compared to pricier platforms that offer more variety yet given EngageBay's cost and the sheer number of capabilities it packs, I honestly don't have any real complaints or dislikes to report. For what I pay and everything I can accomplish with it, I'm genuinely satisfied overall and wouldn't trade it for costlier alternatives.

“Fair pricing and knowledgeable team”

As someone who was brand new to CRM and automation, our company which has been around since 2008, had never implemented any automation until just last month. We chose to introduce a CRM and automation system to increase profits, make things simpler for both customers and our team and give our marketing efforts a boost. After looking into options and speaking with several vendors, we ended up picking EngageBay. Honestly their support has been phenomenal, the platform is user-friendly and the pricing is fantastic. I've been collaborating with Steve in sales and with Ryan and Kevin during onboarding. On top of that, Bob and Mark from customer service have been super helpful. EngageBay has played a key role in helping us meet our objectives.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any issues. My hope is the service maintains this level of quality moving forward. The onboarding process was fast and everyone on the team I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Found it to be extremely user-friendly and their nearly-instant customer support is, in my opinion, second to none.
Cons
The landing page, form and email template editors do have some limitations in what they let you do but that seldom causes big issues since I can still produce excellent, customized designs.

“Excellent value for money”
Pros
The features that are available are simple to use and deliver outstanding value for the cost. On top of that, the customer support team responds quickly and is really good at fixing problems fast which made bringing the CRM into my daily workflow a lot smoother. I say this from personal experience because I've been using EngageBay every week for more than a year now.
Cons
I do notice that a few of the basic Sales CRM tools in the deals pipeline are missing right now but they aren't deal-breakers at this stage. Still, I would really appreciate seeing those features added soon so the platform's functionality can feel more complete.

When you need support setting up a new CRM, I find the knowledge articles useful to read but there are moments when extra assistance is necessary. EngageBay's chat-based online support is excellent. Mark and Charles usually respond quickly to my inquiries whenever I need their help most times.
Cons
Because the program is so large and has numerous moving parts, I struggled at first to get going. Frankly, I wouldn't have managed the initial setup without the support and guidance being provided by the team.

Pros
Using EngageBay has been incredibly user-friendly for me and it brings what used to be several separate tools into a single organized system. The fact that I can see and follow every touchpoint with each client is honestly amazing. On my own, I'm now beating performance of much larger companies thanks to what this platform lets me do. I really appreciate it for that.
Cons
One improvement I'd like to see is support for additional currencies, for example the Barbados dollar used in the West Indies region.

“incredible customer service”
Pros
We rely heavily on the CRM module to manage our sales and offers and it's something we use every single day. I log our sales, trading histories and win/loss outcomes there and it gives a clear picture of how the business is doing. Best of all, it's user-friendly to use and the customer support is excellent so even someone new gets up to speed quickly.
Cons
I'd like them to spend more time polishing certain features particularly the sequences and landing page builders since those parts can be awkward or clunky sometimes and would benefit from smoother operation.

We've relied on EngageBay for several years now. Before that, our setup involved Mailchimp, Hootsuite, HubSpot, our WordPress site and a handful of plugins. Switching to EngageBay let us bring all of those tools under one roof at a far more affordable price. For the features we need, it delivers excellent value. It even gives us the ability to create landing pages and pop-ups directly, while integrating smoothly with our website and QuickBooks so everything runs smoothly and saves us a lot of time.
Cons
My only small gripe is that the interface isn't always the easiest to use. A few labels and features use technical jargon which can be tricky if you're not very tech-savvy. Thankfully their chat support is almost always available and quick to help so I don't find it to be a major problem.

One suggestion I have is that they could increase the email sending limit, it's currently set at 50K which is decent but could be higher.

Cons

Found the platform and its customer support really pleasant to deal with. They genuinely listen to suggestions and feedback, act on them and roll out changes accordingly. The product offers a huge range of features and capabilities.
Cons
My main gripe is with the landing page builder, it definitely needs work. It's not very mobile-friendly so I have to rearrange blocks separately for the phone layout which becomes time-consuming and clunky.

I've signed up for EngageBay specifically to collect leads and to handle my marketing emails and it does exactly that--I'm really pleased with how it works. Beyond the basic tools I rely on, it also offers a number of advanced capabilities such as automation, workflow management and landing page creation.
Cons
Overall it's almost perfect for me but I feel they could polish the UI and user experience a bit more to make things smoother.

Its an excellent tool for organizing contacts and running email campaigns. What I really appreciate is the live chat, every agent can view ongoing conversations and jump in to reply which in my experience has improved customer satisfaction. The chat UI looks polished and the push notifications for every chat and message are awesome, they help my team respond quickly without missing any interactions.
Cons
It already includes all the core features I need to do my job but I feel it could definitely benefit from adding capabilities like more sophisticated social media monitoring and deeper, more advanced reporting options.

Its really helpful tool that packs all the sales and marketing capabilities a small or mid-sized business would want. I particularly appreciate how simple contact management is. It's also simple to build campaigns and deploy them to a contact list which saves me a lot of time.
Cons
That said I feel the platform is missing stronger advanced reporting and social analytics features. I would like to see the team prioritize adding these capabilities so the insights and campaign tracking match the rest of the product.
