“Minimal learning curve”
Pros
I'm impressed by how user-friendly it is, our new hires get up to speed with the platform in a very short time.
Cons
No issues so far, the features I used worked great and I don't have any complaints.

“New features on request”
Pros
For my small-to-medium business this has been a really helpful tool, offering an array of automation and workflow capabilities across sales, marketing and support. I find the platform user-friendly and the customer support responsive, even rolling out new features on request quickly. Because it bundles everything in one place and comes at a reasonable price, I think it's an excellent option for startups and smaller companies looking for a cost-effective all-in-one solution.
Cons
I wish there were more capacity for lists without forcing me to move up to a higher plan. Those lists are indispensable for keeping my operations tidy and it would be helpful if the paid tiers offered additional lists by default. I've also been bombarded by sales outreach which isn't a dealbreaker but the rule about disabling accounts if they aren't accessed at least once a week really surprised me. I get wanting to encourage activity yet expecting weekly logins feels excessive. A monthly check-in or even a quarterly login requirement would make much more sense for people like me running a side hustle who don't need to be in the app every single week.

“Reasonably priced”
Pros
It's affordable, easy to use and their customer support has been great. Working in manufacturing, I really find the Task dashboard valuable, being able to switch to a Grid view instead of a List makes organizing work so much clearer and we've actually turned it into a project tracker for our team.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is that there's no email sync unless you upgrade to the Sales Pro or All-in-One plan which is limiting. Several features need improvement, the filter is a prime example of that shortcoming. For example, when I try to filter contacts across multiple accounts (let's say five), I'm forced to manually recreate the same set of conditions five separate times because I can't simply select several accounts from a list. On top of that, there's no way to duplicate a set of conditions I've already made so it becomes very time-consuming. I've also bumped into a number of other small issues over time that require clumsy workarounds instead of user-friendly fixes. They do provide a mobile app but it hasn't been usable for me, tapping a deal in "Deals" does nothing and I can't view details. Please prioritize fixing the mobile app and smoothing out these filtering and workflow gaps.

What I appreciate is how simple it is to broadcast email marketing, create landing pages, use the dedicated automation tool and run SMS marketing.

“Available 24/7”
Pros
I've found their customer support to be incredibly responsive and easy to talk to, they're available 24/7 whenever I need help.

“Professional support right from the start”
Pros
Being a first-time user of your platform, I turned to support a couple of times and worked with Charles T., who was consistently helpful. He walked me through each step and even followed up to make sure everything went smoothly which felt very professional. I had been told our plan only permitted sending 100 emails but to my surprise an exception was made so I could dispatch over 400, that kind of flexibility really shows outstanding customer service. I genuinely appreciated the attention and responsiveness shown throughout my onboarding.
Cons
Because everything is still pretty new to me, I'm not in a position to give detailed feedback yet. However I'd really value having more business-oriented templates that we could quickly adapt with minimal edits, as that would save time and make the platform more useful for our needs.

“Saved a lot of money”
Pros
I'm impressed that it includes most of the features offered by the leading CRMs while costing only a fraction of the price. My team and I were spending five times as much on a famous alternative so choosing this one felt like an obvious decision for us.
Cons
I do notice it's lacking a handful of capabilities that pricier CRMs offer but given how affordable it is, I honestly can't complain.

“Complete solution for my small company”
Pros
For my small company, this feels like a complete solution. It's an excellent pick for startups. Almost everything a business needs to launch is included. Even if I didn't have a website, I could build one and turn it into a fully automated marketing engine, complete with visual builders and logical workflows, right away.
Cons
I've run into a few tricky setup steps that felt a bit complex and some key features are missing on mobile. I realize many functions aren't essential on phones but it gets frustrating when I have to reply to contact emails or copy phone numbers to initiate calls, even using their dedicated app. Still, I expect these shortcomings will be fixed soon, if they haven't been already.

“Cheaper than the alternatives”
Pros
EngageBay neatly organizes and organizes the most valuable business marketing tools so they're much easier to manage. I consider it an excellent alternative to the many other products out there that come with hefty price tags. For our team, It is affordable, flexible and simple to use and we mainly depend on it for marketing and sales automation.
Cons
There are a few cluttered spots in the system, email sequences feel a bit crowded at times but these issues are fairly minor. What I really wish for is better dashboards that give a true, holistic view of the whole organization so we can see high-level performance across teams and activities more easily.

“Brilliant automation for lead nurturing”
Pros
What helps me most is that it automatically syncs course enrollments from our Thinkific LMS sites. That makes it easy for me to segment contacts based on what they've shown interest in. The automations and workflows are especially useful for guiding leads through the different lessons so I can qualify interested prospects before handing them off to our sales team. I also like that we don't have to rebuild our website on their platform to make everything work for us. On top of that, the Engagebay team is very responsive whenever we need support.
Cons
There are a few parts of the configuration I wish were simpler like being able to copy entire automations into workflows so I don't have to recreate them manually and the option to duplicate emails made inside automations, ideally creating an email anywhere would also generate a reusable template automatically. Looking up a contact's activity from live chat could be more smooth because people don't stick around long for replies, instead of opening another tab, I'd prefer to click the email and have the contact record open right away.

“Same functions at a fraction of the price”
Pros
For me it proved to be a fantastic alternative to the various CRM platforms out there. Choosing it felt simple once we noticed the software offered every necessary feature while costing only a small portion of what competitors charge. The platform is adaptable, user-friendly and simple to use for both marketing and sales tasks. I particularly love the automation capabilities, they're top-notch. Customer support has also stood out, they respond fast and resolve issues quickly.
Cons
We find that the Service Bay is still missing several features we rely on which forces us to keep a different tool in place for those tasks right now. I would also welcome stronger and more smooth social media integration so we could manage networks directly from the platform.

“Easy to get in touch with support”
Pros
Being able to reach customer service right away whenever I need help is something I really appreciate. From a software perspective, their support team is the best I've worked with, they're consistently eager to assist and seem to be on hand at a moment's notice whenever I have an issue.
Cons
There is a cap on how many emails I can send which I understand is likely sensible since the system is designed to stop me from turning into a spammer, however, that restriction complicates my scheduling and makes planning campaigns a bit trickier than I'd like.

“Tidy interface”
Pros
For our company Sisekelo, I've found that they offer their own templates and the interface is user-friendly which made things really simple for me since that's what I use day-to-day and we can share login details with five people.
Cons
I get frustrated when I'm attaching large images because sometimes EngageBay won't let me resize them which is really inconvenient.

“Free plan is great for getting started”
Pros
For anyone wanting to get off the ground, in our situation, we're launching a small software firm and I found EngageBay's free tier gave us the greatest bang for the buck, letting us grow in a measured way that kept the risk on our side to a minimum.
Cons
Sales have been pestering me nonstop. What really surprised me is their rule that if you don't sign into your account at least once a week, they warn they'll deactivate it. I could understand a check-in as infrequently as quarterly or even monthly. Since this is a side business for us, I simply can't be logging in every single week which honestly feels unreasonable.

“Centralized solution”
Pros
I have everything including Sales, Marketing and Service modules in a single platform. There's no requirement to pick separate tools. The interface is really user-friendly and includes all the advanced features available
Cons
I find the pricing a little steep compared to alternatives and it could be more accommodating for small and medium-sized businesses in the Basic plan. Also, the free tier restricts contacts to only 250 users.

“Gives me complete visibility”
Pros
Using the all-in-one suite gives me visibility across every part of the company, from marketing through the sales team. Once I set up the account properly, my tasks become a lot quicker and simpler to handle. The refreshed design makes the dashboards much more user-friendly and the variety of integrations we use all run without hiccups.
Cons
As a marketing agency, we've noticed the automation features have certain limits that, if expanded, would simplify things even further though these aren't deal-breakers. Our team frequently comes up with new ways we wish automations and workflows could behave and occasionally we hit constraints when trying to implement those ideas.
