“Automation that saves time”
Pros
Nearly every feature works really well especially the email sequence, it's cut down the time I spend following up. Creating leads and automating emails for them are both excellent tools that save me a lot of effort.
Cons
I'm generally satisfied since almost everything I use performs well but I feel the calling functionality needs work. After placing a call, I would like an automatic default note to be created that records whether the call connected or not so I don't have to add that manually.

“Not hard to organize contact lists”
Pros
Organizing contact lists and sending out email campaigns in it feels smooth and I find the email builder itself extremely user-friendly to use.
Cons
That said there was a noticeable learning curve when I first started using it though I appreciate how powerful the platform ultimately is.

“Feature rich software”
Pros
I find EngageBay's All-in-One Suite packed with features and great tools for managing customers, leads and conversions
Cons
Wish there was more documentation, FAQs and a real knowledge base for the EngageBay All-in-One Suite, I rely on better resources.

“Can track customers”
Pros
Honestly it's really easy to use, I can track customers and leads without fuss and it even provides financial foresight for leads.
Cons
One drawback is that when I'm not a paid user my access is restricted and some features are a bit confusing.

“Support team goes above and beyond”
Pros
The platform offers a broad, comprehensive suite of tools, it's budget-friendly and their customer support consistently goes above and beyond.
Cons
One-to-one emails feel somewhat clunky but I understand that's not really what the system is designed to handle.

“Best marketing platform out there”
Pros
Honestly this is hands down the best all-in-one marketing platform I've come across. Because it bundles a solid CRM, an user-friendly landing page builder, powerful marketing automation and handy live chat, it keeps our daily work engaging, creative and genuinely enjoyable to do.
Cons
I wish the free plan allowed more than 500 contacts, 1,000 would feel fair. Also, the email templates need noticeable improvements, they could be far better.

“Beginner-friendly”
Pros
As a novice user, I find it really simple and easy to use, it provides all the tools my organization needs to handle marketing and customer interactions. To me, the product genuinely stands out against competitors as a solid offering.
Cons
I think the workflow editor could be simplified so any user can understand it more easily. Also, I feel the video tutorials are numerous and would benefit from being better organized around different user needs.

“Keeps record of customer data”
Pros
I've been using it to keep all my client information in one place and it really does a fantastic job. The platform gives a clear, consolidated view of every customer's data, showing different interactions over time and I can store all related files centrally with simple access and role-management controls. It's made organizing my work much easier, I no longer need to dig through Excel spreadsheets to find what I need.
Cons
It's great overall but I'd like to see more third-party integrations added. I've heard from the team that they're working on bringing in additional integrations as we speak yet I still feel the platform would benefit from a wider app ecosystem right away to organize all of our tools.

“Features nobody else offers”
Pros
Having the core tools bundled, the CRM together with the email marketing service, is incredibly handy as a single offering. It makes building workflows far simpler, data moves more smoothly and the outcomes are clearer. The CRM comes loaded with features you hardly ever see in other web platforms and I also appreciate the included file repository.
Cons
I don't have many major complaints but it could use some refinement in areas like procedures and the user interface. The Activity icons lack labels or explanations and could be improved and the workflow editor in particular feels very confusing to me.

“Comprehensive toolkit”
Pros
It offers an incredibly solid, comprehensive toolkit that handles our complicated customer-acquisition workflows with ease. Their support team is fantastic and very responsive, they address problems quickly and guide us step-by-step to a fix. Because of that hands-on support, EngageBay fits our needs perfectly.
Cons
That said their landing page builder is missing a crucial capability, I can't insert code into the page header. For us this is a dealbreaker because without that header access there's no way to integrate our Peek Pro shopping cart into the page.

“Love the sales automation tools”
Pros
I really appreciate the sales automation tools, they fix so many issues and save a ton of time. For example, once I assign a task to a salesperson, I can watch the real-time progress of that work and because of that visibility my reporting gets more efficient and my team's overall productivity improves.
Cons
Honestly it's difficult for me to point out anything I dislike about Engage right now because it already includes all the tools I need. If we make using it more routine across our team, then I think we'd be in a better position to identify specific areas for improvement.

“Friendly interface”
Pros
I find the interface really user-friendly and it's loaded with features. It's also great for customizing forms, they provide the source code so I don't feel trapped by their default options.
Cons
My experience is that the reporting features need work and I'm also frustrated by how the file repository performs.

“Keeps the database up-to-date”
Pros
Its really easy to use, it lets me keep all my contacts in one place and keeps the database current so I don't have to juggle a bunch of Excel files. I rely solely on EngageBay and it meets my requirements perfectly.
Cons
So far everything's been fine, I did run into a technical problem once but the support team addressed it quite quickly and handled things efficiently so I was satisfied with how fast they resolved the issue.

“loaded with features”
Pros
There are an abundance of features I didn't even realize I would want or need and almost every time I suddenly notice I could use a particular capability, I find that it's already built in as part of the platform's solution.
Cons
I'm finding the self-serve docs a bit sparse. There are plenty of video walkthroughs and tutorials that help you get up and running but when you start digging into more advanced or detailed scenarios, the written documentation feels thin and lacking in depth. Maybe that's because the team prefers to offer more hands-on support for complex cases beyond the typical use.

“Complete CRM solution”
Pros
As someone who uses it daily, I find it to be a complete CRM solution that lets me keep unlimited contacts and nurture stronger customer relationships by storing all their information in one central place. It includes robust contact management alongside marketing automation capabilities that save me a ton of time because I can automate most of my marketing workflows. On top of that, the platform comes with a range of CRM features such as targeted campaigns, workflow automation, automatic data capture and several other useful tools.
Cons
While I appreciate its feature set, it took me a while to get comfortable with it because there are so many options packed into the interface, the learning curve can feel steep at first although customer support has always been available to guide me through problems. I also noticed that landing pages lack the ability to reuse a header and footer which would save a lot of time when building multiple pages. Editing email templates and landing pages can be fiddly, too. On top of that, buying extra email credits felt pricey from my perspective. I think contact management needs further refinement and the platform would benefit from built-in social media analytics. Adding a calendar view that could be embedded directly into email templates would be a useful convenience for users. Overall if additional email packages were more affordable, it would improve the experience.
