Pros
Coming from Keap, I've been blown away by how every step is customized around the customer. Their support team hands me everything I need, no fuss. Honestly it's been an amazing switch and hands down the best CRM experience I've had so far!
Cons
I don't really have complaints but I'd love to see a much-improved iPhone app with more features and polish.

“Excellent funnel builder”
Pros
The funnel builder is among the best I've tried, I've used Kartra and Clickfunnels before. I'm a big fan of the Kanban Task layout. Their customer support has been outstanding. They solved three different issues I had within a few days. They also answered questions about how things work and stayed in chat with me for nearly an hour until my personal domain was completely set up. The Chrome extension that lets me add contacts from LinkedIn and Gmail with a single click is fantastic. I also appreciate the Activity and Source details stored for every contact. The Calendar/Appointment tool with Zoom integration replaced Calendly for me and gives superior tracking now.
Cons
The conversational inbox feels like it's missing some useful features. For instance, when I want to reply to a message I previously sent a contact as a follow-up, I need to copy their email and paste it into the 'To' box. Other CRMs would auto-complete it just from typing the contact's name into the 'To' field or automatically populate it with the contact's default email address. Also, any contacts I add via the Chrome extension don't trigger an event so I can't start an automation from those records. I have to kick the automation manually.

Pros
I'm really impressed by the app's sleek design and the range of top-notch features it offers. The support team is always warm and ready to assist whenever I need them. I mostly rely on it for marketing tasks though I find the sales and service hubs pretty simple and user-friendly as well.
Cons
While I don't have any real complaints, I do have a few small suggestions to make the experience smoother. For instance, when dealing with custom fields and lists, it would be helpful to have an option to sort items alphabetically, to drag-and-drop list entries and to rename a field after it has already been created within the platform easily.

“Great fit for small businesses”
Pros
Over the past year I've migrated three times between different providers and this one is clearly the best. The marketing growth kit is ideal for small businesses. Bob Smith and Andy Roberts provided great support, the chat shines.
Cons
No complaints so far. I'm somewhat annoyed that it takes roughly a week to warm an account before sending thousands of emails though I get they're doing this to protect and maintain strong server reputation scores.

As a blogger, I get all the free email marketing features I really need from this tool. I've tried a bunch of different platforms and this one was among them. It's not limited to just emails, it has plenty of other perks although my primary use remains email marketing today.
Cons

The product feels very user-friendly and simple, with features that are simple to handle so I can just enjoy using it. The support team has been outstanding, they leave no question unanswered and that level of service makes this software an excellent option for me.
Cons
I'm honestly a bit at a loss how to phrase this but what stands out to me is the lack of smooth, seamless integration between Marketing and Sales templates, even though both live in the same repository, they don't really feel unified. If I could suggest even a minor change, it would be to align the template design experience more closely with the user-friendly builders used by Mailchimp or Systeme.io so the core template-building feels more polished.

There's a free tier to get started that actually includes plenty of functionality, unlike many competitors and it feels generous. I like that it bundles versatile options like landing pages, email autoresponders, ready-made templates, CRM, website pop-ups and more. Overall it's very easy to use.
Cons
Personally, I think the Basic plan is missing a key feature, it should have at least one marketing automation sequence included.

Its easy to get running and its interface is clean and attractive. For me it supports both the support and sales teams well and it includes all the essential features we need.

One of the biggest benefits Ifound with it is how much it has simplified my work as a salesperson. Before adopting EngageBay I was stuck entering and managing every lead, prospect and customer in spreadsheets by hand which ate up a lot of my time and left me with less bandwidth to concentrate on the high-priority tasks that really drive sales.
Cons
Honestly I can't find any real faults so far, I'm impressed with how it has made my day-to-day role easier. It has genuinely reduced the complexity of my work compared with how chaotic things were before I started using it and that improved manageability has been a big relief.

What really impresses me is the online chat support team, they're the real highlight of this tool. The interface is so user-friendly that I could dive in and start building straight away without any formal training, largely because the chat reps are on hand to walk me through everything from basic steps to more complex workflows.
Cons
It's tricky to come up with negatives, I honestly haven't run into anything I dislike so far. If I had to suggest an improvement, I'd love a native e-signature feature built into the app, right now I rely on a third-party service, DocuSign, to handle signatures.
